Hi, I’m Shell. I’m originally from Brazil and now an Australian citizen living in the Tweed / Cabarita area.

I work at Eden Health Retreat and also facilitate Intuitive Mandala circles, which is a creative and mindful art practice. My lifestyle is calm and balanced — I enjoy nature, healthy living, quiet mornings, and spending time outdoors.

At home I’m clean, respectful, and appreciate a peaceful and harmonious environment. I enjoy connecting with housemates but also value personal space and downtime.
