Hey everyone,

I've been the head tenant of a share-house of between three to four other housemates for over nine years, and due to a new job in the northern suburbs, I'm looking to move out into something smaller and closer to work.

I'm dutiful in staying committed to cleaning up after myself and paying the bills on time, as they were in my name!

Being relaxed and easy going at home is my thing. I'm not a party person, so doing my own thing is what I do after work, such as going to the gym and visual art such as traditional and digital illustration. Visiting friends and family is more of a weekend thing.

I'm looking to live with a friendly, easy going, tidy people who don't mind an odd chat, but are happy to do their own thing too.
