Im Brandon, I’ve just moved over from WA to start a new chapter here in NSW and I’m looking for either a studio apartment or Granny flat to live in for a while, whilst I get back on me feet! Hopefully somewhere near Wollongong because that’s where I will be mainly working and spending most of my time!
In my spare time I like to go to the gym, see family and friends and I’m one for going on adventures on weekends. I like to keep my space tidy and clutter free and have really bad OCD so the place will always look its best!
I don’t smoke and I don’t have pets, and I also never drink or use drugs, I crave busy days and nice quiet nights so you will barely hear me!
I also have a very recent rental reference from my last landlord in WA that I can send to anyone that is keen too have me as their tenant. And can also pay upfront for my whole 6 month lease aswell if needed.
I really hope to hear from someone about a place asap because I’m keen to move in now!
