I’m looking to team up with someone like-minded to secure a great place near the coast, or ideally a setup where I have my own self-contained area.

I can comfortably pay up to $600 per week, have rented on my own for the past 3 years, and take pride in being reliable, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces.

I’m active during the day, enjoy a healthy, balanced lifestyle, and I’m hoping to live with someone who has similar interests and routines — calm, grounded, and easy to live with. I value independence but also good communication and mutual respect.
