We are both friendly, tidy and tend to get along well with others. I work Part-time (4 days per week) and study part time so will be away most weekdays and also away some weekends. Cassie works full time and will also be studying part time too. We are reliable with bills and don't mind a wine or two at times. I also have a little Maltese dog who is well behaved and trained. I am easy to live with, I like to keep things clean and Tidy, and as long as everyone pulls their weight there would never be a problem. I am living in an awkward situation at present, basically where I have to lock my door to even go to the toilet. I am just wanting a house to live in that gives me the peace of mind with security and feeling safe! I am about to begin work again in a part time job. But as far as rent is concerned, rent will be automatically deducted from my Centrelink benefit before it even touches my account. I have 2 boys that will be with me 8 out of the 14 night fortnight, but they are 14 and 16, and definitely no trouble at all. They are more times than not more adult behaved than most adults I come across lol but rest assure they only benefit my situation and are used to a routine and know to also pitch in and do their fair share of chores. I also have a Toyota Hilux 4wd ute, so can come in handy at times.
