Cleaning wise, I like to keep the common areas clean and the linens washed weekly or biweekly depending on the season.
I try to keep the p-traps clean in the sink
I know my way around a fuse box

I tinker with electronics and can do most things outside of solving network issues
I used to tinker with cars, but don't anymore.

I don't smoke.
I don't do recreational drugs.
I drink occasionally, either Coopers or some scotch.

No pets, but I am fine with cats or dogs. No allergies to either.
