Hi Everyone

I am a 22 year old mother with a 3 year old daughter, seeking a room to rent within the Golden Bay to Kwinana area. A master bedroom with ensuite would be preferred to allow for appropriate privacy and separation of space however, this is not essential. My daughter attends daycare in Warnbro 2 days per week, so somewhere within the City of Rockingham would be ideal for convenience. We are a respectful, considerate and quiet little family who value a clean and peaceful living environment and I am very mindful of shared environments and value privacy and mutual consideration. We tend to keep to ourselves and spend much of our time out and about, particularly on the days my daughter is not at daycare, which she attends 2 days per week. My budget is up to $300 per week, with $250 being a comfortable range.
