Searching for a private room to rent asap, ideally an all female household. My budget is $250-$300 p.w with bills included.
I’ve lived in two share houses previously and also on my own; Im attentive with maintaining a clean and beautiful space and fairness with chores being equally distributed amongst the household. I’m social and happy to chat (or mostly listen as I’ve worked in the hair industry for over a decade) 😅 though respectful of quite time and others space. Looking forward to moving to a new abode with those that also value a friendly & warm atmosphere, that is mostly calm during work weeks.
