I work either day shift (starting at 10am) or night shift (starting 2pm) a minimum of 10 days a fortnight on a constantly changing roster, so definitely appreciate being able to come home and sleep in after a long night shift! I am a student at Macquarie university. I also work part time at Rouse Hill. I am clean, easy going and good to live with. I spend most my time at work, uni or out with friends. However when I am home, I love watching trash TV, drawing, drinking wine and eating Mexican food.
Hi Potentital Flatmates, My name is Layla, im a clean and tidy 25 year old professional who works in Stockbroking. Its a fast paced industry which is something i really enjoy, my work hours vary some, but normally its around the usual 9-5. I am a really bubby and friendly personality who lives a pretty chilled out lifestyle. im also incredidly easy going so living with me would be very easy. I do like to have a good chinwag so i am open to whatever level of communication/conversation you would like to have. My usual weekend activities include riding my motorbike with my mates (my bike is not loud) and spending time visiting my family. When i dont feel up to leaving the house i love to watch documentaries or random tv shows on netflix and youtube. Some of the qualities that are important in a flatmate is being neat and tidy of your own space. Being able to communicate well and understanding each others differences. Must be kind and respectful of peoples space. Hope to hear back from you soon :)

Hi guys, My name is Emma and I currently live in Adelaide. It's on the cards that I'll be relocating to Sydney in the coming months to a role more aligned with my career. I have NEVER been to Sydney, so I am going in blind! My role will be based at Parklea and hoping to find a sharehouse in a nearby area, however not in a crime ridden one. I have been told Castle Hill is the best place to start? Please feel free to message me if you have any tips on other suburbs! About me - I'm a 25 year y.o female who works full time and career focused. My life is currently spent training, food prepping, going out for dinners and seeing friends regularly. I am an extremely social person and would love to find housemates that I can interact and spend time with, but can also respect privacy as I would with them. I would love to learn tennis or take up surfing again this summer like I did when I was a teen, so welcome anyone who is also into fun/active/social lifestyle. As I am moving from interstate and cramming my life into my little Yaris, I'll be limited to what I can bring. It would be amazing to find a fully furnished room, however I can organise my own stuff if need be for the perfect room. I am honest, upfront and always pay bills on time. I am happy to set up a direct debit so rent will be automatically transferred when required so there is no issues for asking for money. I have put my max per week as $220 at this stage, however this could increase and happy to be flexible for the right place. I can also provide a National Police Check/DCSI to confirm I'm not a criminal :) I have been offered an awesome role, have passed through interview and now organising a specific NSW Police Check. Once this is all completed and I give my current employer notice, I am estimating around late October-November. I look forward to hearing from some awesome people! :)
Hi I'm a cheerful, reliable person looking for somewhere closer to work. I work full-time and am always up for a good chat after work or over dinner/drinks. I am responsible and tidy and also respect others' privacy and space. Any questions feel free to contact me.
Hi guys ... I'm looking for a new room mate 😀😀 I'm a local full time worker who is pretty relaxed and easy going. I like to hang in on the week days ( early starts). I do not know a lot of people down here in the big city. Love a wine to relax and a good conversation but also like my own time. Prefer a fresh start in a new place but this is not essential.
Hello my beautiful humans, I'm a 23 year old dude looking to move out asap. I love the outdoors, parkour, mma and am an animal lover. I would describe myself as neat, quirky, and an introvert contained within a layer of extrovert. I am looking for some fun and chilled housemates. Peace ✌🏿
Hey potential flatmates!! I'm a super down to Earth easy going guy from Cape Town South Africa. This will be my first trip to Sydney so I'm incredibly excited to share accommodation & meet new people. I'm a young professional, used to living a clean & tidy lifestyle in my own apartment since 2013. Prior to that I lived with friends and flatmates with no complaints! I believe in working hard and playing hard so having a good balance is key! My hobbies include: The beach, running, gym, hiking, site seeing, new people & places, night life, barbeque (Braai) & beers, friends, always a good laugh!! I'll be working as a Contracts Administrator (QS) on the NorthConnex project. I've travelled around South Africa but never abroad before. So this is a brand new opportunity/experience for me and I'll be looking for an interesting and awsome flatmate to help me kick off this new chapter!
i'm a hard working 42 year old, clean, tidy, honest and respectful looking for a stay of between 6 and 12 months. I am an active volunteer for Catholic Community services so i already have a current working with children certificate and a current national police background clearance certificate.
Hi im Penelope I'm 26 and work full time as a vet nurse. I'm laid back ,clean, tidy, reliable and also don't mind keeping to myself or socialising with my housemates. Usually at the gym or out with friends when I'm not working
My housemate and I are losing our third amigo, and need a change of scenery! Looking to start a 6+ month lease or join a current one. Potential for my housemate to stay on longer, but I am moving to Jindabyne for the winter next year. Both are very friendly, like to socialise, hang out but also like to relax and have down time after work. We are usually out on the weekends socialising, but also don't mind having no social events every now and then so don't mind if you do too. My housemate is a plumber so works early mornings and home during the afternoon. I run a before and after school care, so I am often out early mornings and if I'm lucky enough not to have meetings during the day, I'm home, otherwise I am home late evening. Niether of us have pets or children.
