My name is Karvya. I'm Sydney born and bred 😊

I currently work full time in the community services sector.

I'm looking for:
- a furnished 1 bed flat (with gas stove, dryer, regular size fridge. not bar fridge sorry)
OR
- a furnished room with space for a desk and my own bathroom (not interested in shared bathroom sorry)
- I'm also looking for a place with parking - on or off street parking is fine with me.

Or renting a 2b 2b place with a roommate/s 😊

A little bit about me:
- I have rented on my own and in existing sharehouses before.
- I enjoy keeping active and going gym
- On weekends, I enjoy going out for things like hikes/coastal walks, beach hangs, movies, gigs, art shows. I also enjoy chilling at home with a good show or book.
- I enjoy having downtime and alone time to recharge my social batteries - but always happy to chat, share a meal or watch a show with my future housemate(s).
- I like maintaining a clean, inviting and chilled home and looking forward to sharing a home with a person/people who share these same values :)
