Hey there,

My name is Karvya. Im Sydney born and bred. My professional background is in the community service sector.

I'm looking for:
- a furnished or unfurnished 1 bed flat / studio
OR
- a furnished or unfurnished room with space for a desk and my own bathroom*** (separate or ensuite works)
- I'm also looking for a place with parking - on or off street parking is fine with me.

Alternatively, I'm keen to team up for a 2b 2b place :) My ideal would be to live with max 2 other people. I've also got kitchen supplies, a dinner table, washing machine and tv (with tv stand), which I'm happy to share.

A little bit about me:
- I have rented on my own and in existing sharehouses before.
- Aside from the 9-5 grind, I enjoy keeping active with gym, going out for things like hikes/coastal walks, beach hangs, movies, gigs, art shows, cultural events etc. I also enjoy chilling at home - enjoying some music or a tv show or book.
- I enjoy having downtime and alone time to recharge my social batteries - but always happy to chat, share a meal or watch a show with my future housemate(s). I value being able to share small chit chat with potential roommates over dinner or something - but always respect the need for downtime and time to rest.
- I like maintaining a clean, inviting and chilled home. I always strive to clean up as I go and keep shared spaces sanitary as much as I can.
