Hey there,

My name is Karvya. I'm Sydney born and bred 😊

I currently work full time as a case manager in the community services sector.

I'm looking for:
- a 1 bed flat / studio
OR
- an unfurnished room with space for a desk and my own bathroom preferably
- I'm also looking for a place with parking - on or off street parking is fine with me.

Or renting a 2b 2b place with a roommate/s 😊

A little bit about me:
- I have rented on my own and in existing sharehouses before.
- Aside from the 9-5 grind, I enjoy going out for things like hikes/coastal walks, beach hangs, movies, gigs, art shows, cultural events etc. I also enjoy chilling at home - enjoying some good music or a good show or book.
- I enjoy having downtime and alone time to recharge my social batteries - but always happy to chat, share a meal or watch a show with my future housemate(s). I value being able to share small chit chat with potential roommates over dinner or something - but always respect the need for downtime and time to rest.
- I like maintaining a clean, inviting and chilled home. I always strive to clean up as I go and keep shared spaces sanitary as much as I can.
- It would be nice to live with like minded people - those who value living a healthy lifestyle, spreading gratitude and good energy into the world.

PS. I have a dining table, top load washing machine, kitchen ware, tv stand which I'm happy to share or leave in storage.
