I'm a 25 year old PR professional looking to move closer to work. When at home, Im normally listening to music, binge watching YouTube and shows, and gaming. I'm super tidy and will mostly keep to myself, but would love to have dinner and drinks together. I'm also vegan and would love to cook plant-based meals for flatmates! When not at home, I love going to markets, eating out and generally spending time outside/in nature! Since gaming is a huge hobby, I'm looking for a place with a strong internet connection (damn Sydney), as I also livestream on Twitch from time to time. Anywhere with access to NBN is a huge bonus and I'm more than happy to chip in for the majority of the internet bill!
I'm a 22 year old working in social services in the disability and mental health sector with a passion for community and advocacy. I'm relatively quiet during the working week but really like socialising on the weekend, even if that just means having some snacks in the sun or making a pot of tea and some cake and staying in. I'm a huge advocate for a couple beers/ciders in the evening during some trash TV or sport (with the odd Ubereats whenever I'm feelin' a little fancy) I do have an elderly pup - her name is Cleo and she is a toy breed shih ztu which means no shedding AND great for allergies!) She's completely house trained and due to the nature of her disabilities (partially blind and deaf) she's both quiet and placid, but can also get really playful and social once she's comfortable!

Hi Peps.. I am an IT professional seeking a home to live. I am a chilled out guy who likes to mingle with people around but also respects privacy. Likes catching up for an odd drink or dinner over weekends.Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the house is a top priority.
We're considerate of other peoples needs, we don't throw massive parties or have a heap of guests over as we are naturally introverted. But we do enjoy the occasional drink and we love to hang out with fellow housemates. We do hold good livelihood standards but we are not too fussed about it. We respect other peoples privacy and boundaries, we're quite placid by nature and not confrontational as we are diplomatic about resolving issues that may surface. We're very receptive of persons from various cultures, alternative lifestyles and we embrace diversity. Our hobbies include cooking where we like to perform house cooks based on a national theme. We are great with pets too!
Hi! I am looking for a friendly environment to live. I'm a HR consultant and a business man who is a friendly, considerate, clean and tidy person. I enjoy my profession and currently living with my family, but I am looking for a change. I am quite flexible on location for my living, as I drive almost anywhere. If there is any garage or street parking or paid parking that would be great as I have a BMW X5 SUV for which I would need parking. I have a good sense of humour. I am an easy going and a no drama kind of guy who loves life. I enjoy staying in good health, playing Squash, tennis, hip hop dance, walking, eating healthy and leading an active lifestyle. Occasionally, I like going to clubs with dance floor playing hip-hop music. I am very flexible with my work hours and can choose my own hours. I normally try to keep my office hours between 9-5 (Mon-Fri) and on weekends I love catching up with friends, family and getting outside. I love Sydney and always try discovering new things to do in Sydney that I haven’t done before. I have lived here last 22 years. I’m always considerate about my flat mates, happy to share a meal or a few drinks every now and then but will also respect your space. I enjoy eating out at good restaurants, cafes and bistros which I enjoy more when I can share with friendly and good hearted people. I would feel great if I see that my flatmate(s) think of the apartment to make it feel like a home. I do not have any problem to welcome your friends as visitors. If you don't mind maintaining a home that is tidy with friendly environment we are on the same page. I find living comfortable with people who are able to talk about any issues that arise. I'm looking to stay with like-minded people who are considerate, respectful and friendly that like a drama free home. I think it is important to respect each other’s privacy and have a warm friendship in the home. See you soon. Biplob

Hi, I'm Melissa. I've been living in Summer Hill for nearly 6 years now and I really love the area, but my apartment is very old, so I'm looking for something new. About me: I work part-time and am in the final stretch of an arts degree at MQ uni, hoping to get into various forms of performance and creative endeavours once I've completed it. I'd love to travel more and have been to the South Pacific and Portugal, with brief stopovers in Spain, Abu Dhabi and Germany. I am absolutely fascinated with psychology and why people do what they do, but I'm also equally fascinated with spirituality and all things woo-woo. (I have crystals and card decks for every mood and occasion). I love arts and crafts, although procrastinate actually doing anything with that, and I'd love to get into acting, more dancing, writing and fashion design, amongst other things. I consider myself to be intelligent, witty, fluent in sarcasm and smartassery, but also a sincere, loving, genuine, caring and supportive friend. What I'm looking for: Female only (Max 2). Professional preferred, but also open to student. Ideally non-smoker. Pet friendly (I've love one but my lease doesn't allow it). Like-minded. I love to have a chat at the end of the day and hang out, but also really enjoy my own private time and space (empath problems, also living solo for 6+ months decreases tolerance levels towards other people for long periods of time). I'm looking for somewhere that's quite spacious and secure, ideally first floor (my current place has a garage underneath making it almost 2 story level, but still first floor), with plenty of light, separate internal laundry, large private balcony (to be shared with flatmates that is), lock up garage, separate shower and bath, around 5 mins walk to the station and bus stop, quiet tree-lined street with parks within walking distance, about 15 mins to the CBD, city/park views would be amazing. Modern and spacious kitchen (preferably all white with electric cook top), less than 10 mins walk to supermarket/shopping centre, close to bike/walking track, unfurnished, good quality unlimited internet and utilities. Ideally I was looking to find someone to start a team up with as I've got a fairly solid idea of what I want in a place and can just get existing utilities redirected, I just need to find that place and a flatmate to share with. I'm open to sharing with someone in an already established flat share if your place sounds like what I've described above and you feel like I would be a good fit/someone you'd like to share with. I'm not in any particular hurry at present to move out. I just want to make sure I find the right place and person/s to share with before doing anything else. Feel free to contact me either way to discuss further. Thanks. :-)
Hello, I am international student English Course.I move from Brisbane to Sydney to continue my studies and part-time working. I am looking for a single room near the train and grocery stores. I am clean, neat.
I’m easy going person clean , trustworthy practical and love to cook I’m from Philippines working full time in hospitality industry for over 30 years now and occasionally like to go out with friends listen to lived band and dancing.
Super-friendly and easy going, but can keep to myself completely if that's what my room mate prefers. Not disruptive, non-smoker and non-drinker, I don't call friends over to the house often, maybe once in several months. Cook on my own mostly so you have the bonus of tasting some South Asian food, if that is your palate :)
I'm David, a 32 year old currently working full-time at a not-for-profit in the CBD. I’m pretty positive and outgoing by nature, though not to the extent of being an insufferable d-bag that doesn't appreciate the need for occasional quiet time. At home I’m fairly laid back, though still careful to keep what needs to be tidy in good order. Am also generally interested in the world and in other people, have travelled a fair bit, and otherwise have a shamefully predictable collection of city type interests, revolving mainly around food/wine/taking inspired photographs of turmeric lattes (thankfully, that last one is a lie). I'm looking for a room anywhere between Parramatta and Petersham, so if you have one available please let me know! Cheers, David.

But I love pets, though I don't have any. Like to spend my weekends away from home during the day mainly going for cliff walks or catching up with friends. Over all I like to be on my own most of the time. :)
Super responsible, full-time employment and steady income. I like to have fun and explore but also enjoy just hanging out at home. Bubbly and outgoing personality!

Oh, and I love animals especially cats so if you have a cat I'll like you even more ha!
