About myself: I’m a responsible tenant. I’ll pay rent on time, clean up after myself and will keep the room tidy and clean, so that the next tenant can move in the next day. I’m looking for a place: - quiet, clean and mature Flatmates. - far/ near from public transportation is not important as I usually drive. Please let me know if you have a room from 22nd Nov. I understand people prefer long term Tennant, but If you have a empty room now. Why not let me fill in and still running your ad to look for the next tenant. My name is Brian, I’m originally from Colombia but I’ve been living in Australia for around 6 years. I work as a supervisor in a Window Cleaning company and I’m also doing an Adv. Diploma in IT. My work time varies every week so there may be days where I’ll come at 4am or 5am (I promise I won’t make noise) or to travel somewhere in NSW and be away for a week. I love playing soccer, watching movies, playing videogames, cooking and dancing. I can be friendly but also respect your privacy as I expect you to do it with me. Always open for a chat about any topic while having a glass of wine or a beer. Really clean and tidy, if I make a mess I’ll clean it and will treat a place like if it was mine.
I'm Jack, 30. I'm a project manager for an architectural metalwork company. Tidy but far from obsessive, value healthy communication, positivity and consideration. Occasionally, handy in the kitchen. Inherently uncomfortable writing my own character ref. Keen to catch up and see if we laugh at the same things. Package deal with my cat Peggy, she's adorable and super chilled so I'm hoping to ride her coattails to domestic bliss.
Hi I'm just your average 24 year old guy I'm really chill I work and study just trying to work hard so one day it might pay off, I'm down to hang out but also love alone time after a big day of work and studying. I am looking for a place because I have to move immediately asap.
Hi, I'm Pridhvi. I've been living in Sydney for over 6 months now. I've come here on a work visa from India and I'm working full time for an analytics firm in CBD. A bit about myself: I'm a very laid back person, respectful of boundaries but always up for a chat/drink or two. I'm quite athletic if I say so myself, up for most physical activities. I play/watch football (the English kind), table tennis and a bit of the cricket. I'll be working from 9-7 Monday-Fridays and will be free on the weekends and generally explore Sydney and surrounding areas. When I'm not at work, you'll likely find me binging on TV shows/movies etc. I'm quite knowledgeable in all kinds of films and always up for taking/giving suggestions. I keep myself/surroundings tidy and am quite ready to share household chores. I'm looking for a private room in a share house preferably starting from around mid November.
I am a very bubbly person, easy going and love meeting new people. Respectful, reliable, very clean, chill and independent. Originally from NZ but I am working full time and have family in Sydney I love catching up with so I’m always busy. Also don’t mind little catch ups about our day :)

Hi Peps.. I am an IT professional seeking a home to live. I am a chilled out guy who likes to mingle with people around but also respects privacy. Likes catching up for an odd drink or dinner over weekends.Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the house is a top priority
I can be good company, but I mostly keep to myself. Recently separated, I'm looking for a quiet place to gather my thoughts. I am an IT professional, but I'm taking a break from the office. I'm a photographer; enjoy golf, tennis, and badminton.
Hey there, I’m a Food & Beverage Attendant with aspirations to get a position as Enrolled Nurse. Hoping to go on to further studies at Uni next year. I clean and look after myself very well, I’m a big foodie, enjoy the peace and quiet of the night and a cup of tea to go with it. I like a chill environment free of stress, I’m an avid reader and music freak. Looking to live with someone who I can enjoy with conversations about many a topic.
Hi! I am looking for a friendly environment to live. I'm a HR consultant and a business man who is a friendly, considerate, clean and tidy person. I enjoy my profession and currently living with my family, but I am looking for a change. I am quite flexible on location for my living, as I drive almost anywhere. If there is any garage or street parking or paid parking that would be great as I have a BMW X5 SUV for which I would need parking. I have a good sense of humour. I am an easy going and a no drama kind of guy who loves life. I enjoy staying in good health, playing Squash, tennis, hip hop dance, walking, eating healthy and leading an active lifestyle. Occasionally, I like going to clubs with dance floor playing hip-hop music. I am very flexible with my work hours and can choose my own hours. I normally try to keep my office hours between 9-5 (Mon-Fri) and on weekends I love catching up with friends, family and getting outside. I love Sydney and always try discovering new things to do in Sydney that I haven’t done before. I have lived here last 22 years. I’m always considerate about my flat mates, happy to share a meal or a few drinks every now and then but will also respect your space. I enjoy eating out at good restaurants, cafes and bistros which I enjoy more when I can share with friendly and good hearted people. I would feel great if I see that my flatmate(s) think of the apartment to make it feel like a home. I do not have any problem to welcome your friends as visitors. If you don't mind maintaining a home that is tidy with friendly environment we are on the same page. I find living comfortable with people who are able to talk about any issues that arise. I'm looking to stay with like-minded people who are considerate, respectful and friendly that like a drama free home. I think it is important to respect each other’s privacy and have a warm friendship in the home. See you soon. Biplob
We are a chilean couple , studying english at the moment. We are clean , organized and non-smokers. We enjoy watching movie (horror or action) ,listening music and cooking. Honest and friendly couple to live with
Hello, my name is John! I am working full-time. Moved from Melbourne to Sydney and currently living in a shared house near Glenfield. I am looking for a bigger room as my current room is a bit small for me and looking to move to inner west. I am sociable, flexible, respectful and a very organised person. Looking forward to meeting new housemates and friends! I wouldn't mind team up as well! Thanks!
Hi there, I am interested in your ad I am a 27 year old safety officer who is looking for a new place called home. I am very respectful of people's privacy and properties. I also clean up after myself and love to socialize with the people I live with. If you are free, can we organize an inspection?? Kind regards Kevin
I often try to keep my life as simple as possible. I am a non-alcoholic, non-smoker and don't have any pets. I am a vegetarian except for fish (but I don't mind living with meat eaters, smokers, wine lovers, or even party animals). I would consider myself being flexible, tolerant and resourceful. Gender, nationality and culture is of no relevance to me whatsoever. What I look for in a share house is nice easy going people whom I can live with (hopefully long-term) without dramas. I have a good rental history that can be proved. At present, my weekly budget for rent is $180-$260/wk. I am flexible with the move in date. Please feel free to message me if you want more information. I am more than happy to meet up for a quick face to face introduction. If you decide to send me a message via the website, please have patience (since it is not always convenient for me to respond to messages instantly, especially during business hours.) Thank you for your understanding. Cheers.
Hi, I'm Melissa. I've been living in Summer Hill for nearly 6 years now and I really love the area, but my apartment is very old, so I'm looking for something new. About me: I've just started working at The Salvation Army which is amazing and have just finished an Arts degree at MQ uni. I'm now hoping to turn my attentions to various creative pursuits (crafts, performance, side hustle) with my newfound free time. I'd love to travel more and have been to the South Pacific and Portugal, with brief stopovers in Spain, Abu Dhabi and Germany. I am absolutely fascinated with psychology and why people do what they do, but I'm also equally fascinated with spirituality and all things woo-woo. (I have crystals and card decks for every mood and occasion). I love arts and crafts, although procrastinate actually doing anything with that, and I'd love to get into acting, more dancing, writing and fashion design, amongst other things. I consider myself to be intelligent, witty, fluent in sarcasm and smartassery, but also a sincere, loving, genuine, caring and supportive friend. What I'm looking for: Preferably female, ideally 2, but I'm open and flexible, depending on the vibe of the place and the people. Not fussed about employment status, although we might have more to talk about if you're a student/professional or both. Ideally non-smoker. Pet friendly (I've love one but my lease doesn't allow it). Like-minded. I love to have a chat at the end of the day and hang out, but also really enjoy my own private time and space (empath problems, also living solo for 12 months decreases tolerance levels towards other people for long periods of time, but gets kinda lonely and isolating, hence looking for somewhere new with good people). I'm looking for somewhere that's quite spacious and secure, ideally first floor (my current place has a garage underneath making it almost 2 story level, but still first floor), with plenty of light, separate internal laundry, large private balcony (to be shared with flatmates that is), lock up garage, separate shower and bath preferred, relatively short walk to the station and bus stop (around 5 mins would be awesome, but nothing more than 10 mins would still work), quiet tree-lined street with parks within walking distance, about 15 mins to the CBD, city/park views would be amazing. Modern and spacious kitchen (preferable electric cook top and neutral tones), less than 10 mins walk to supermarket/shopping centre, close to bike/walking track, unfurnished, good quality unlimited internet and utilities. Ideally I was looking to find someone/s to start a team up with as I've got a fairly solid idea of what I want in a place and can just get existing utilities redirected, I just need to find that place and flatmate/s to share with. I'm open to sharing in an already established flat share if your place sounds like what I've described above and you feel like I would be a good fit/someone you'd like to share with. I'm not in any particular hurry to move out, but am keen to move into the next stage of my life which I feel means moving on from my current place. However, I want to make sure I find the right place and person/s to share with before doing so. Feel free to contact me either way to discuss further. Thanks. :-)
Gay couple Sydney guy with a Colombian guy, coming back to live in Sydney after 10 years, good clean considerate, looking for work now but no problems with payment as investments earning cover our expenses. We are very down to earth, pleasant guys, one younger and one older, a good couple, big travellers. we would be happy to find a place with other broadminded people who currently have a room or others who wish to find a place and rent together, we enjoy living with others.
I'm David, a 32 year old currently working full-time at a not-for-profit in the CBD. I’m pretty positive and outgoing by nature, though not to the extent of being an insufferable d-bag that doesn't appreciate the need for occasional quiet time. At home I’m fairly laid back, though still careful to keep what needs to be tidy in good order. Am also generally interested in the world and in other people, have travelled a fair bit, and otherwise have a shamefully predictable collection of city type interests, revolving mainly around food/wine/taking inspired photographs of turmeric lattes (thankfully, that last one is a lie). I'm looking for a room anywhere between Parramatta and Petersham, so if you have one available please let me know! Cheers, David.
Hey there, Im Adam. Im originally from Melbourne, have been living in Sydney for about a year now. I work full time in construction, including weekends and sometimes nights. Hiya! I'm Kristina 🌞 I am 24 and work full time. I am looking to move out and start a new adventure with roomies. I am a pretty quiet person, during the week I work / go to the gym / practice guitar / bachata / yoga. On the weekends I like to go to the beach or for adventures. I consider myself a very clean and organised person and respectful of privacy and others space. (I am also looking for an outside space where my succulents are welcome as I don't have pets I have plants) 🌿 I would like to live somewhere I feel comfortable with the person and in the space. I'm happy to leave you alone but ideally I believe living with someone you get along with and want to talk to is way better than silently avoiding each other. If you think I might be someone you want to live with feel free to message me! I am happy to meet up with you as physical interactions are much better than online interactions.☺️♥️
