I'm easy to get along with, happy to do my part of the housework, I enjoy time with others however I do not intrude in others personal space or time. I am a student, studying captive animal pathway, I enjoy reading and painting with watercolours. I have two small, well trained, well behaved dogs. A Cavalier King Charles Spaniel named Cedric and a Chihuahua named Hazel. Both are very excited when meeting new people and bond quickly to others. Hazel is not your typical Chihuahua as I am a fan of dog training- she is a friendly, sweet thing whom adores meeting new people! (Cedric is your everyday Cavalier whom is friendly as anything.) I'm looking for somewhere in the inner west preferably around Dulwich Hill/ Annandale type area. Ideally with a secure yard, reasonable sized bedroom and I'm happy to share bathroom, etc.

Hello! I’ve been living in Sydney for almost 3 years now and I work full time for a leading bank. Presently I’m staying along with a family in Newtown and I’ve started looking for a new place as the lease arrangement is coming to an end soon. You will find me to be a good tenant who pays rent on time, considerate and very easy to get along with. I’m fun loving and I’m always up for a chat, movie or drink. I believe I’m organized and I always keep my surroundings tidy. Since I’m a novice when it comes to cooking, I mostly eat outside and I won't leave a mess behind. Also, you can rest assured that decorum will be maintained and the place will not be turned into a party hub (does this make me sound older? 🙂) Though I love animals, I don't own any pets. Ping me if you would like to find out more about me!
Hi guys, My name is Te Haumi its a bit hard to say owing to my ethnic background. I'm originally from NZ and my cultural heritage is Maori so in terms of getting along with people l think we'll be sweet as. I've spent the last half a year living on my own and so l am quite practised in maintaining a clean and orderly house (tbh polynesian parents kind of whack that into pretty early on into life haha). On top of this, l've spent most of my life training for swimming and studying so in terms of time management, organisation and diligence l like to think l'm alright. Currently, l work as a research assistant and anatomy tutor at the University of Sydney. Oddly enough that means l spend more time around dead people than l do the living (take what you will from that :D). Don't worry l'm not looking for any body donors atm. In terms of living conditions l am looking for easy-going, funny and all round awesome housemates who pride themselves on maintaining a clean space. More than happy to help out with house chores and create some sort of plan so that everyone feels like its fair and equal :) Love having occasional group dinners and social evenings (this is not a necessity, but its nice). Anyways, that's it for me. Happy to answer anymore questions just shoot me an email :)
Hello! We're a friendly, clean and quiet Asian family who are looking to find a nice place in a decent/safe suburb, with like minds. We pay our rent on time, and can take care of our own utilities so you don't have to. Most of us spend our days working/at uni (either outside the home, or at home as a freelancer) and our nights studying or reading. The youngest is employed in retail, with the older siblings doing freelance work from home and the other in an extensive double degree in commerce/computer science. This is why we really need a quiet place to ourselves. We have bunk beds and trundle beds so we don't need a lot of bedrooms (2-3 bedrooms is enough for us) and we don't own a car either, so we're pretty low maintenance with that stuff. We don't have a pet yet, but we're entertaining the idea of having one when we move. We're flexible though - let us know if you're uncomfortable with pets. We also don't smoke or drink (not at home anyway)! In our free time, we all enjoy reading articles, novels or comics/webtoons. Sometimes we also play on our Nintendo Switch together, while our mother enjoys watching Asian dramas. We like to eat dinner as a family and enjoy our quiet weekends together. We pretty much mind our own business and go along with our lives, and prefer the same respect and privacy from our neighbours.
My name's Johnnie, I'm a trans guy and I am looking for LGBT friendly household with at least a 3 month stay and a small handful of other friendly housemates. Somewhere in the inner west would be ideal, but as long as its not too far from the city and its close to a train station it's perfect. I'm an apprentice chef working and studying in the CBD. I enjoy cooking meals for friends and housemates when my hectic work schedule allows it. I'm originally from Wollongong and have been living in Sydney for over a year and have been loving it. In my spare time I like to draw, play video games, listen to music, and watch netflix, and I go out for concerts and to clubs occasionally and love to socialize and make new friends.
