clean & tidy person. General positive vibe, All in for learning new things and experiencing new stuff & loves to meet new people. Currently working in fast food. Currently studying Hospitality & food safety, looking to move up in the world
I recently moved from Adelaide to start a new role as a BDM In Sydney CBD. I am very clean and tidy, love to cook and is very easy going and respectful of others and house rules. I am not a big party goer and spend half my weekends seeing family (cousins, nephews and neice) who live out west. I am looking for a place where I can come home and feel like I am at home! Be nice to have housemates who I can get along with who are also clean, tidy and not afraid to say hello every now and then!
I am an Indian Software professional holding an Australian PR. I am looking for a temporary accommodation (move in date from 30th Sep 2018) for 8 to 10 weeks before finding a permanent place to bring my family later. I am clean, tidy, and fun loving individual. I am looking for a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom (not to be shared) within walking distance to train station and less than 30 mins travel to CBD.
I am a 19 year old design student specialising in graphic design. A quiet and very tidy geek who loves a chat and a tv binge/movie viewing every now and then. I respect privacy and space and always clean up after myself after using the kitchen for instance. :)
I'm open-minded and enjoy intelligent conversation, or a shared laugh. On a sunny weekend I'm likely to be out at cricket or the footy, off to the beach or pool, or walking to explore suburbs or the bush. A rainy weekend might see me at the state library, researching country rugby league history. I value my friendships, whether new or long standing, and make the effort to catch-up or attend events together. My music taste is pretty varied, and I love that a good gig or festival lineup will uncover new artists. I have been living and working in Wollongong for the past 18 months and with a new work placement in Sydney, I am looking to relocate (mostly from the long commute). Ideally, I'm looking for an unfurnished room that can fit bed, desk, bookshelf and a wardrobe if one is not already built-in. I've previously lived in Enmore, Newcastle and the Grand Duchy of Dulwich Hill. I grew up on the Central Coast where my parents, siblings, nieces and nephews reside.
I am working full time in the city, fairly relaxed and down to earth, love to go to the gym! Im someone who doesn't mind a chat and hanging out, but does like their own space, so ideally looking for people who are relaxed to live with! (Would be awesome to meet people who like getting out and exercising though!) I work a little bit from home, so internet is super important, but otherwise i'm fairly easy.
Hello, I am a 22 year old Social Work student who works part time for an MP. I recently had to defer my studies due to a car accident (don't worry, I wasn't the person driving the car); but now I'm fine and keen to look for a new place not as close to uni. I have lived in share homes for a few years now and so am looking for someone who has also lived in share accommodation before. I am respectful, tidy and clean up after myself. I'm hoping to find someone to move into an unfurnished place with me because I own a fridge, washing machine, sofa and most kitchen and laundry supplies. I also have a Telstra cable internet plan already, that I can easily transfer to our new place (which is nifty). I'm extroverted and friendly, but understand that having space at home is essential. I have a girlfriend who I would like to stay over some nights so living somewhere where we are accepted is a necessity, although some gay jokes are tolerated or even encouraged. Looking to spend max $250/wk for my share of the rent, and within walking distance to a train station.
I'm looking for an unfurnished room (with own bathroom, or not shared with more than one person) close to public transport. I work full time on weekdays so they’re pretty low key for me. I’m a bit of a hygiene freak, so I like a clean and tidy place and would like to live with similar people. I really enjoy alone time, but always up for a chat with drinks. I have a cute little cavoodle puppy living with me part time. He's toilet trained and I intend to keep him indoors. He’d go to work with me during the day, so he’s basically only ever home when I am. Definitely interested in teaming up with other dog owners to find a pet friendly place and set up a new home. I have a 3 bedroom place in Stanmore in mind if anyone's interested.
Hi I'm James and I'm a manager at a digital marketing firm in Sydney. I grew up in the Liverpool area and am seeking to move out of home. I'd be great to live with because I always pay my bills on time, I'm tidy, have a great work ethic when it comes to household chores and I'm really great at negotiation and compromise when it comes to everyone getting along. As a housemate, I'd very much keep to myself and just do my thing but I'm eager to make friends as well. I'm also a DJ in my spare time and am otherwise pretty nerdy when it comes to movies and tv I enjoy. Like most guys my age, I'm a big gamer as well. Overall I'm a pretty typical Aussie guy who gets along with everyone and meet his obligations. Thanks!
Quiet, tidy, single non-smoker with a busy full-time work and study schedule. Working in and studying accounting in Parramatta. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, bushwalking, cooking, martial arts, movies, and above all, music. Would love to find some like-minded people to share a place with.
Hiya! I'm a soon to be forensic science honours graduate looking for a place a bit further out of the city than where I currently live (Newtown). I'm an open, straightforward person, I am also generally quiet and keep to myself, but do not shy away from socialising. Keen to find a place which is more modern than where I currently live, and with a bit more space (can fit a double bed, wardrobe and desk easily). I'm not looking to move until mid/late November so if you need someone earlier I'm not your girl!
Hi all. I am a professional working for an engineering firm at Alexandria. I am looking for an ensuite room around the Homebush area. If you have/ will have a place that you want to rent out then hit me up
Moving to Sydney from Wollongong for bigger and better opportunities. Recently graduated from University of Wollongong with a Master's in Engineering. I am clean, quiet, a non-smoker and not a party person. I respect each others' space and help with things in the house as best as I can. I have been renting out the second bedroom for the two bed room unit I had the lease for and hence I would be able to understand what you would be looking for in a good housemate. I am looking to find a furnished room preferably with off street parking around 5 km radius to Macquarie park.
We are all first/second year university students/working part time, who are looking for a place with 3 bedrooms to move into as of December-January. We will all be studying full time, at UNSW, Macquarie, and USYD, as well as working. We are quiet, tidy, all non smokers, and we don't own any pets. Our max budget is $750 per week for all 3 bedrooms, and having the bills/internet included in the price would be really great! Somewhere with basic furnishings such as a fridge, a washing machine, and beds would also be ideal. Please don't hesitate to contact me for any information, or if you would like to look at our social media accounts to check us out! :)
Hey, I am a bubbly lady from Malaysia, been in Australia since August 2017, another 1 year to go before my visa expired but i am planning to go for student visa afterward, so long term stay i am looking for. I work full time in the CBD and i love going to gym after/before work trying to make some quota for chips & chocolate (oh yes, i love eating snacks ;P). On my day off, i either go out for hiking camping, wandering around or stay home reading or watching movie. I am a very tidy and hygienic person, I clean up right after using the kitchen & bathroom, never leave mess behind, except food that smells good, more than happy to share my yummy Malaysian food if you are keen. Haha. I am easy going, enjoy chatting with housemate if you are in the mood for some laughter else i will respect your need for space & peaceful moment. Looking forward to meet some cool housemate and become friends afterward, as i always do with almost all the housemates that i ever lived with. ;)

Hello Beautiful People , I am Looking to get a nice place with someone who is positive . My name is Maz i am local citizen living in Sydney from last 11 year. I lived at GoldCoast , Brisbane Adelaide and few months in Melbourne. I worked in E-commerce and DropShipping Business . I did plenty of travel here and there around the country. I travel overseas in my holidays. I'll keep to myself or I can be your best friend, whatever works. I always say " FIND YOUR TRIBE " & life will be more cool. I am Truely a Minimalist . Normally when i am working get home around 6pm and head to the gym after work. Like to keep busy on weekends then do the occasional Netflix binge when I am not. I am into my tunes (mainly the triple J variety) . I like sociable housemates who don't hide in their room. Always good to have a company when watching sports and going through movies/Netflix. Personal space is obviously pretty important too. Shoot me any questions if you have them. I am looking for long Term place for 10 or 12 months. I am quite reserved, easy going, respectful and tidy. Preferably looking to share with just one other but open to sharing with two in the right circumstances. I'm punctual with the payments, relaxed, easy going and likes to keep things clean and tidy. I have good rental history , previous owners references will be provided on demand . I always pay on time . I'm looking for someone who has a positive outlook on life . The type of person I'm looking for has an easy-going attitude and has similar values on respect and care. Age is not an issue, its more finding the right type of person and to share with someone Fun / like-minded! :) . Looking for a flatMATE, not a tenant. Again don't want someone who hides in their room or isn't going to be around at all. I get bored of my own company....! Someone who is keen to hang out, like minded and keen for a good time. Thank you Maz
Hi, it's your friendly neighborhood s̶p̶i̶d̶e̶r̶ science man. I'm starting a full time research job out west so looking for a place on the train line close to Strathfield, or Parramatta CBD. I'm drama free, good to get along with and respectful of privacy. I love nature, hiking, travelling, photography and growing plants (legal ones!). Looking for a place that feels like a home and flatmates that will become friends :) As the G in LGBT+, I'm looking for flatmates that promote themselves as LGBT+ friendly.
I'm a pretty laid back guy. I have common sense and will respect your privacy etc. I like to keep the place clean but I'm not a clean freak; I would expect the same of anyone looking to share a place. I'm usually working but when I'm home I'm usually cooking or stuck in my room. Bonus points if you're looking for a gym nearby :)
