I'm a full-time software engineer currently based in Melbourne. I've recently accepted a great offer for a new position in Sydney CBD, and I'm looking for a place ideally under 35 minutes commute from the door to Town Hall Station that fits under my budget and listed requirements. I would describe myself as being very clean (unusual for a guy, I know) and need to live in a very clean environment. If your household has everyone taking their shoes off before they enter the house, that's a huge plus. I'm particularly fussy when it comes to bathroom cleanliness - so I'd prefer my own bathroom if possible, but I am flexible on that if you are clean yourself. I like to be sociable, so if you too like to have a chat in the evenings and so on, that'll be really awesome. Or not. :) I own my own home in Melbourne, so it's really weird (and distressing) to have to go back to renting again. At the same time, I know how much more you respect something once its yours - and you can trust me to keep your place impeccable like my own. Interests include: video games, board games, anime, karaoke, going exploring.
Clean mature non smoking and respectful. In return for the same tenants. Working six days full time. You wont see me very often i would say. Working in specialty cafe so i m always up early.
I'm from Brazil and I've been in Australia for 6 month now. I'm studying Leadership and Management 2 days a week in the city and I work full time as a driver delivering supplies for a tiler. I'm a peaceful, respectful and very tidy person. I like yoga, meditation and I don't eat meat. I like beaches, camping and all outdoor stuff. I like exercising and i go to the gym at least 4 days a weak. I'm looking for a clean and organised place that I can share with good people.
Recent unsw engineering graduate. I am a casual flyer distribute to explore more parts of Sydney. I enjoy travelling, hiking, and finding good places for food. I am currently looking for a graduate job. I am looking for a quiet place that has convenient public transport.
Easy to have around, I’m working heaps. I can clean up after myself :) Pretty focused on career at the moment, so now I’m in Syndey looking for a nice, chilled place to rest at the end of the days. I tend to stick to myself after work, social around the house for a bit each day, though like my own space and solitude daily. I’m looking for a nice clean furnished room. With a desk really is a required, so ideally there is a desk or room for 1. Im not really a drinker 🍷 though Ill be working on my computer & reading most days. I have listed 2 months on the bio, as the project I have come to Sydney for is roughly expected to run till March. Though I am after 3 month ideally if the works actually goes for that long. I’m in Sydney till the works are competed, and can update as things progress. So conscious of taking on huge lease lengths. If this is a concern please ask about it. I will ask if this is ok as well. If you contact about a room please can you have a photo of the room showing the desk and room space. Thanks 🙏

Studied in Brisbane for 10+ years. I’m easy-going, friendly, tidy and clean. I will be starting my master degree at the University Of Sydney in Feb 2019. Looking for a female roommate who is also a full time student at usyd. Not really a party person, but I don’t mind to go out for a drink to relax in the weekend. I would be happy to cook occasionally / share meal together with my roommate.
Hiya!! I've been working full-time for a corporate and currently looking for a decent place to rent or even teaming up. Looking for genuine, clean, professional, and friendly people who would not mind having a talk over a glass of wine or beer after a long day. Cheers, Reemo
Hi, my name is Maggie and I've just completed my MA in London. I moved back to Sydney in October to start working full time. I enjoy film/tv, cooking, yoga, music and reading. I am quiet and respectful of those around me but easy to get along with. I am an easy going person and I can get along with most people. I'm looking for other neat and clean people but I'm not too picky about this sort of thing. As long as people are respectful, I am happy.
I’m a recent accounting graduate from Newcastle making the move to the big smoke (Sydney) as I have secured a job in the CBD. I have lived in a sharehouse environment for several years now and have always enjoyed socialising with housemates but also know everyone likes their own space. Other than my work, I enjoy watching and playing sport, getting into the outdoors on weekends, and as the photo suggests, I don't mind a beer
I’m a doctor at RPA and looking for a clean , quiet, and hassle free place to live in. I’ll be spending most of my time in the hospital or the library. I am clean, non-smoker, a self proclaimed pleasant person. I am happy to share rental and offset the ridiculous costs of living in Sydney as long asy flatmates meet certain criteria in terms of lifestyle and cleanliness. Thank you.
Hi! I'm an accountant working in North Parramatta. I generally keep quiet and keep to myself and don't make much noise and not much of a mess either. I enjoy playing video games, keeping fit by going to the gym, Muay Thai classes, and also love dance and music as well. I'm looking for flatmates who are easy to get along with and respect my personal space. This is my first time looking to move out from my parents' so any help would be much appreciated!
I'm Rohit and I'm from India. I'm a postgraduate student at The University of Sydney and I've recently finished my first semester. I'm calm, clean, punctual, organised, a non-smoker and friendly-going person. I also like to make new friends. In my free time, I like to watch movies and tv shows and I also enjoy listening to music. I also like to explore new areas and places like restaurants, cafe's etc.. I don't eat a lot of meat, and at the same time don't have any issue with people cooking/eating meat. I also respect other people's privacy. I'm looking for accommodation for a decent amount of time of living and I'm looking for housemates who are like-minded as me.

Hi, I'm Kevin. Coming all the way from Indonesia, I will be a PhD student at UTS, commencing in Jan 2018. I am looking for a nice place to stay from 11th Jan onwards. Living in an international environment always sounds appealing to me since I did my Master's study in the Netherlands for 2 years. I cook on daily basis and of course can treat my flatmates with my food ;) I love playing music (the piano) and watching movies.
