We are both respectful, clean, and easygoing. Working full time. I am sportive, I practice BJJ and play the piano. Kristel is a chilean actress, now studying marketing and working part time as a waitress.
I'm Estonian, free spirit, clean and organised. I love nature and would love to have a small little terrace or garden. The reason why I'm moving is that it's too noisy in the city centre. I would like to do yoga in the morning in a peaceful place. I work full time in Petersham but soon office will move to Silverwater. I am away from 9 am till 5 pm. I usually cook in the morning and wake up early at 6 am. I'm an art soul :) Katerina / Kate
Make up artist, full time student studying youth work. I'm friendly, conscientious and very tidy. Photography, animals, nature and cooking are some of my interests. LGBTQIA+ ONLY. Feel free to ask me any questions :)
Work in real estate in the inner west so moving up from Wollongong to save me the train journey! I'm easy going and like to think I'm funny (though i'm often told otherwise), enjoy a good social aspect but also time alone so as long as you're easy to live with and don't mind a good conversation we should get on fine! I have a cat who is well behaved and super adored, he's a cool little dude but doesn't get along with other male cats (desexed and vaccinated... eats better than I do)
I'm a 22 year old student at the University of Sydney, currently in my final year studying animal science. I'm mostly based in Camden and I'm there three days a week, and for the rest of the week I'm usually at work, which is at Taronga zoo. I'm a pretty chill person, a bit of a homebody but I do enjoy going out for drinks and partying when the occasion calls for it. I dabble in a few outdoor activities every now and then and go bouldering or hiking, but i also like being lazy and binge watch tv shows. I'm pretty clean and tidy and can cook some substantial meals (however i am no masterchef) If you are willing to consider them, I'll be moving out with one miniature poodle called Bobby. He doesn't shed or bark, and he is house trained. I also have a budgie called Hera, as well as two mice called ebony and ivory. They are all very clean, don't take up too much space and will probably stay in my room. I will be taking care of all of them, so it won't be of an inconvenience to anyone. I can probably move in straight away, but trying to find time to move in between now and may 5th may be difficult, but we can work something out. Feel free to contact me and we can discuss any further information required. Thanks!
Hey, I'm Tim, 28 and I'm in the stage of moving out from my current spot to a place much closer to my work. I would consider myself as a decent flatmate, having experience in this gig for quite a while and understand the requirements to a functional household. I'm neat and tidy. I'm willing to partake in household duties and I'm easy-going and respectful of others. For any other queries, please don't hesitate to contact me. Thank you for your consideration :)
Hi, My name is David. Im 28, I was born in Chile but have lived in Sydney for most of my life. I work in HR Full time and work weekends in promotions sampling a range of different products. I don't drink or smoke but I do love hitting the beach and socialising with friends on weekends. I'm clean, down to earth and always happy to cook dinner and have a good chat :)
I'm a really calm person who likes to meet more people and talk about trips, music and share experiences each one had in our lives by now. I lived in Darwin before moving to Sydney.
Happy positive responsible respectful and very clean. Very young at heart though. Been in share accommodation since 18 yrs old so very house proud and house trained. Almost OCD with pride! I am definitely not into big house party's though bbqs and dinner party's with close friends /Netflix nights are fabulous with communication with other housemates . Im a social person and enjoy meeting new friends and always say hello to the neighbours! Prefer not to share bathroom with more than 1 person and maximum 3 people in home. Preferably quieter street with room to park a car. Low road traffic noise inc bus noise though have been in places where near main road though once inside the home its quiet. Im a light sleeper. Though still like to be walking distance to bus stop cafes restaurants. Would love a courtyard or backyard. Like a home feeling property not just a room to rent. I enjoy the outdoors and beach/yoga My field of career as a Health Professional /my days include coaching nutrition, counseling, caring for post patients. Im also in mid completion of two health courses studying at home. Preferably not more than 2 maybe 3 flights of stairs into home. Im often away 2.5 days per week out of town. Prefer not to live with students thats are always home or have 20 yr old youngsters over! Love the beach yoga art weekends away Understand housemates can require both privacy and social time. Respectful and great communication between housemates. Bills paid always on time. I love to cook so happy to make meals for my time poor housemate! Also great at assistance with health and well-being. Enjoy organic markets on weekends / new cafes/like pets/social though do enjoy quiet times. Own bathroom preferred thank you. Though ok if not available. Budget $300 including bills/internet though if its perfect property room to pay more.
I've just accepted a role down in Sydney and am looking for an awesome place to live. I'm 27, Moving down from Brisbane on the weekend of the 5th (Which will make it hard to check the property and meet everyone but would be open for a video chat). I'm a project manager for an events company, I love hanging by the beach and am super keen to check out all the food and bar spots that are around.
My girlfriend and I are looking for a nice apartment or house (full property). We both are full time employees, clean and tidy, no pets and no kids.
Hi my name's Sean, I'm a 20 year old editor from Brisbane and am moving to Sydney since I just got offered a full time job there. I'm a very relaxed person but a hard worker, easy to talk and will probably try make you laugh as much as possible. I am also clean and tidy and always clean up my own mess. I tend to spend most of my time in my room either working or relaxing but am always up to do something. I hope I sound like someone you would like to live with and look forward to meeting you. Sean
Hi I am a pretty easy going friendly person, I love having a chat but also enjoy my own space. I work full time as a tree planter and could help make the garden beautiful. Most days after work I like to chill or go to the gym. I enjoy painting and reading. I'm looking for someone like minded to share a house with I have found a few nice places in the inner west and am looking for someone to go on the lease with. Hit me up if this sounds like you. Queer friendly
Hello, my name is April :) I'm a 22 (soon to be 23) year old female, originally from Canberra. I'm currently studying a Bmus in Music Composition at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music (Sydney Uni) and work part-time as a piano teacher. I would love to live in an environment where I can socialise and form new friendships, but I also respect those who have busy lives. I am mindful of others, love doing things for people (like helping out with household tasks, cooking or supplying an occasional bottle of wine) and value cleanliness and a positive living space. I come with a built-in tree-nut allergy (peanuts are ok, however), so I would need housemates to be mindful of this. Happy to live with furry friends if you have any :) Please contact me if you are interested!
software engineer from India. recently moved to Sydney. clean, easygoing non-smoker with a healthy respect for personal space. mostly chilled out during weekends but won't say no to a social or outdoor event. no point living in one of the coolest cities if you don't go out & experience it, right ?
Clean, Tidy and self-sufficient. Working full time (Mon-Fri). Won't be around most weekends.
Respectful, sociable, a little reserved, good humoured, responsible. I'm a mature flat mate who has a steady professional job. I am very sociable but am not looking for a party or busy home. I live a hectic lifestyle and home is a sanctuary for me. I'm also looking for flatmates who I can build trust with - not people who lock themselves in their room but know how to share common space while recognising boundaries. Would be great if friendships form but this isn't a requirement because it's something that only evolves and shouldn't be forced. I have a diverse range of interests and am a very pro-active person. I'm a non-smoker and looking for same.
Hi all! Due to the owner of the apartment I’m currently in taking back the property, I’m looking for an unfurnished room/granny flat/studio, or for someone wanting to start a new place with me and my parrot! I’m an engineer in my early 30’s, easygoing, social, clean (without being a neat freak), who pays bills and rent on time and always down for a sneaky beer! I’m looking for an unfurnished room or someone wanting to start a new place. As mentioned I do come with a parrot who’s very friendly and (mostly) well behaved, so a place with a cat would not be suitable for obvious reasons! I also have a car so would be looking for somewhere with easy parking. If you think I might be a good match for a spare room or you’re interested in getting a new crib, just send me a message! Cheers, Stew
