I am a female professional with an academic and technology background, currently working in Sydney. I value a calm, clean and respectful home environment where communication is clear and everyone feels comfortable.

As I am settling into a new city, I am looking for a safe and welcoming space, ideally with other females. If the household is mixed gender, I would prefer an ensuite or sharing a bathroom with females only.

I am tidy, responsible, culturally respectful, and mindful of shared spaces. I enjoy meaningful conversations but also respect privacy and personal boundaries.

What I’m Looking For
- Private bedroom
- Access to kitchen for cooking
- Clear agreement with no hidden charges
- Bills included (or clearly specified upfront)
- Close to train or metro station for easy commute to UTS
- Clean and respectful living environment

I am happy to sign a formal agreement. I will pay bond and rent upon arrival as soon as keys and agreement are finalized.
