I'm a quiet person. Work and study. I like to be with my friends at times of meals. Sometimes I like to cook. I want a CLEAN place without parties and drugs. I dont smoke. And I want a home without cigarrettes. The minimum I will stay is 4 months, it can be up to 16 months.
Hey! My name is Naomi and I work most days of the week and study at UTS as well, so I'm out and about a lot of the time. I love going out with friends, but I also like chilling out at home in my free time. Also I like to hang out and chat, but have my own personal space as well. I'm easygoing, tidy, and reliable. Looking for somewhere that is long them and feels like home! My move in date is flexible - anytime between end of Feb and mid March
I am an easy going person working full time. I like to gym in the morning and chill out weeknights. I am easy to live with and spend weekends out and about. I have a lil Spoodle only 7kgs that would be living with me. Non shedding and super chill also.
Hey! I'm Bec and I am a 23 year old Nursing student at UTS. I was born in England but I am now an Australian citizen and I have lived in Sydney since 2003. I am a friendly, clean and considerate housemate. I love to cook new recipes, read, write and watch Netflix in my spare time. I am not much of a party person though may have the occasional drink with a meal or a night out with friends but I am always very mindful to those around me. I would like a home that didn't have frequent loud parties and were also considerate noise wise. I work part time at the retail store T2 and I am about to embark on long desired dream of becoming a registered nurse by studying full time at UTS. I will be kept busy working and studying but I am very excited about what 2019 will bring for me. I love to be able to come home and relax. I am happy to keep to myself but also down for a group of like minded people who don't mind a chat and the occasional meal/drink or netflix binge. I am a healthy mix of introverted and social. I have a long term boyfriend who may occasionally sleep over but mostly I do tend to stay at his house a few nights a week. I have lived out of home for the last two years and I have never had any issue paying rent and bills. My max for rent is $220 a week though would love something for less than that to help with my budgets. I need a room to accommodate a double bed, chest of drawers, a desk and a book shelf. Would love a room with a built in wardrobe but I can make other arrangements if need be. I have a few kitchen supplies and utensils that I would like to bring with me. I do also have a microwave and a big TV if you would like it but that can also be stored in my parents garage if it is not needed (xbox 360 as well if you are down for that). I need to be at a walk-able distance to decent public transport that can take me into the city and Macquarie. I also have a car so I do need to have free street parking accessible near by. Let me know if you think I could be a good suit to your home! Cheers, Bec
My sister (22) and I (24) are looking a housemate or two to join us in our listed areas. Hopefully someone friendly and tidy (lover of wine and trashy tv is a plus!). We both work full time and spend time at home chilling, cooking and keep busy on most weekends. We are about to secure a place so let us know if you would like to catch up! :)
Hey! My name is Emma and I am looking for a great place in Sydney to call my new home! I'm 20- almost 21, and am looking to move Jan/early Feb 2019. I'll be studying part time at ACU and working part time, so ideally I'd be spending a max of $250/$300 per week. Pretty open to where I live, as long as the commute to Uni isn't too long. I'm a great person to live with. I'm funny, nice, fun to be around, always up for a good time, have a positive outlook on life. Plus I love to cook and bake yummy things! I am very clean and tidy and respect others space. I'm open to meeting new people and looking forward to making new friends! Feel free to message me (as I'm not in the country my phone isnt active) , I can't wait to hear from you :)
Welcome to the best flatmate you will ever have. I'm almost always down for a chat but I won't be in your face, I'm clean but I won't nag you if you leave a dish out, and I'm usually chill for pretty much anything. Pls adopt me :) I'm looking for flatmate(s) who will be just as easy going as me (but not a slob), preferably female/female-identifying and no one who's a serial killer x
Working in Parramatta however, I am looking for a place a bit closer to the beach and CBD. I am looking for a private room in a share house, with or big enough to fit a queen bed. Preferably with bills included and car parking. I am easy going and quiet at first, but when you get to know me I come out of my shell a bit more. Love a beer and love all things sport (AFL, cricket, NBA) I am a clean and tidy person. I am looking for a fun & friendly household but also respect we all need quiet time as well.
I'm an Electronics Engineer, working as a graduate at the NSW Public Service Commission. Looking for a tidy, nice place close to the train station and shops. A bit about myself...I'm an easy going person who loves to have some quality time with his homies. Cleanliness is important and i'm happy to help in taking care of the place.
Hi, I'm Pat and I work full-time 11am - 8pm for a tuition company. I have completed an undergrad and an honours course at UNSW, in theatre and criminology. I come with a 2 Yr old Labrador. He is fully house trained, very friendly and doesn't bark. I enjoy reading a good book, watching a movie, playing video games and having a good chat. I'm a very clean person and I always make sure my dog is well behaved. I'm quite flexible with most things and as I work full-time you probably wouldn't see me very much. I have a partner at the moment, who will not be moving with me, but he would like to visit me and stay over on the odd occasion when I do move - willing to pay extra to accommodate for this :)
i'm very chilled and easy going. always happy to socialize but at the same time respect downtime and personal space. i'm new to sydney and work full time as a risk engineer. when i'm not working i'm mostly out as i love exploring new places and being in the outdoors. I lead a fairly active lifestyle and am trying to be better at cooking. give me a shout if you wanna be flatmates!
Design architect, quiet, straight, mature, friendly, and reliable. Have been renting for the past few years, have seen and experienced all kinds of things, been a housemate, landlord, caretaker myself. If you can read this, then I'm still looking! Have a 2.4m long table, so it needs to go somewhere :( If the room is a 3x3, the table will effectively use up 50% of that space, fyi. Also have 2 x corner chairs and a car. Don't need to be furnished. Speaks Mandarin and Malay and some other useless dialects too. Career driven, I'm always busy with something work related. I'm also flexible with the location, as long as it is not too far away from public transport.
I am 27 years old , single and I have been in banking for 9 years working Full Time. I am a really chill person who loves the outdoors and loves to travel and and go out with friends. I own an adorable 8.5 year old Maltese Terrier (Gabanna) he is the sweetest and most placid dog you will meet. He is fully toilet trained and just sleeps during the day. Looking to move out after my Europe holiday which ends end of July... I am independent and keep to myself but I would also love to have chill out sessions or Friday night drinks :) I also love health and anything beauty relate. I am very neat and tidy.
Hola! Looking for a gal (or 2) to team-up for a place OR existing room in a flatshare. - I work close to full time in financial services and also study at MQU - I enjoy my alone time consisting of falling into the weirdest depths of youtube, spectating when others game on twitch, but also would enjoy having someone to de-brief with at the end of the day about bizarre workmates or to mung-out and watch Netflix with - I make good tacos and stir fry, and love baking (when I have the time..) - I come with a fridge, washing machine and netflix account (if required) - I have a deep appreciation for cleanliness (whoever makes a mess cleans the mess is my mantra) Message me if you want a clean, responsible and friendly gal to live with :)
Hi my name is Tommy. I am 33 years old. I was born in Vietnam but I have been living in Australia for almost ten years. I moved to Sydney in March 2017 to start my new job. I am currently working full-time as a professional engineer in St Leonards area. I am a quiet and tidy person and I also respect the privacy and tidiness of others.
Hi =) I'm looking for a single room in a place where I could call home. I love animals, cooking having wine friends and I'm very clean, tidy and easygoing. I work full-time as Adm Assistant and study Marketing (very busy, yes). I try to save the weekends for myself and my friends. Look for a place not too far from Macquarie Park. Cheers! Rhayane
Hi Everyone! We are two friends looking for 2 private rooms in one house. We would love to stay somewhere in the north and we find the place really nice. We have a budget of 180 maximum. We would want a place not too far from the train station (since I will be commuting or as long as the commute is convenient) and if possible, a car park (my friend has her car). We are both from the Philippines and we speak great English! >.< Also, we love to maintain cleanliness in the house and we respect privacy. We are loud people but we still love to socialize every now and then. We hope to find a place that could accommodate both us. Please send me a message if you have one! Thank you!
I’m a quiet and friendly housemate. I have lived in a lot of share houses and I am very considerate of other housemates. I am very busy with work and love to be outside on the weekend so I am not around the house very often.
Hey there! I'm a student at Sydney Uni and almost a high school teacher (only a year of uni to go!). I've had two short stints living out of home while studying overseas and have finally decided to bite the bullet and leave the nest here in Sydney. I am looking to live somewhere along the T1 train line - everywhere I need to go is along this line :) I'll be honest, I'm generally pretty quiet and am not really a party person. I do drink but not at all excessively (boring, right?). My ideal Saturday night is spent curled up at home watching Netflix. I absolutely adore cooking and I'm also a huge nerd for anything language or literature-related (books, movies, poetry, learning languages... I'm down). On the weekends (when I'm not working or studying), I love going to art galleries and museums, pottering around the shops or if the weather permits, going to the beach. As I'm studying full-time and also working four different part-time jobs, I'm not home much during the week so I'll have no problem staying out of your hair. Especially so whenever I'm on a teaching prac :)
