Hey! We are a young professional, easy-going and quirky couple looking for a place to call home. :) Sasha works in marketing whilst studying an MBA. Her hobbies include pole dancing and watching trashy TV shows, and she has the (unfortunate) tendency of crying when her favourite Bachelor contestant is sent home. Larry works in the not-for-profit sector. In his spare time, he can be found working out at the gym, watching movies or doing some mindfulness meditation. We are looking to move in late November to early December so we are all set up before Christmas. We also want to make sure that we are living close to public transport, preferably a train station. If this sounds like the right fit for you, please do not hesitate to reach out and also include the price for a couple to rent your room. We look forward to meeting you! :) Sasha and Larry
Hello I am Lora. I work full time in Chatswood doing shift work. I live a fair way out at the moment and cannot stand all the travel anymore. I am clean, quiet, mind my own business. I am looking for a furnished room. I like my own space most of the time but also like to mingle with flatmates. I am a smoker, i don't mind smoking outside, so hopefully this shouldn't be a problem. I am a fun person & have been known to be able to cheer anyone up when they are feeling down. Please feel free to message if you think i would suit your home.
Hello! My name is Nick, I am 21 and am currently studying my Masters of Engineering (Biomedical) at the University of Melbourne! I have secured an internship in Sydney over the 2018-2019 summer period and am looking for a place to live from late November 2018 to February 2019. Throughout the week during weekdays, I will be at the internship office at Cochlear during business hours, but I am quite an easy-going guy and enjoy meeting and getting to know new people in my spare time! I am clean and well organised, I enjoy cooking and going for runs when I can, and I am looking forward to exploring and experiencing everything Sydney has to offer while I am there. If you have any questions, please send me a message and I am more than happy to answer them to the best of my abilities. Thanks!
Hey so I’m Mitchell and look, I don’t want to just live with you, I want to actually like you as a person and more than just tolerate you (what a nice guy). So let’s just get that out of the way. The most important thing about the house I want to live in is the people who also live there (unless the house is asbestos ridden). I want to be friends with you, not that we have to spend every meal together and share everything in our lives, but get on pretty well and be able to chat about whatever. If you're looking for someone to make your house a home (please I hope someone's getting royalties from that expression on this website) then I’m here for it. I have just finished a communications degree majoring in media production, and logically now work full time for Toyota Finance (what). I come from the middle of nowhere called Kurrajong (so mysterious), it's beautiful but very far from anywhere (so modest too). I play bass guitar and piano in my spare time (everyone loves a musician right), and occasionally try to make some kind of art or help out on friend's films (he has friends?!). Love travelling, going to live music and exploring the city (of course you do you white boy). I also am occasionally funny (he’s not).
Well ... I’m new here in Australia. Got full time job. On weekends I like to play soccer (wich I joined recently). I have been living here in Chatswood in house-share since I've moved here. I am tidy and mind my space and respect others as wll. I can cook some Indian food (little spicy🌶 ). And never mind for a little wine once in while. That’s pretty much it..
Hi there, Im a European journalist working for SBS looking for a room in the area. I ride a motorcycle, sail and I am a respectful and a good and helpful housemate.
Hi! I'm Evie. I am looking to move down to Sydney at the end of November/early December as I will be starting classes at the University of Sydney in early January. I have lived in a share house in Brisbane for almost a year so I have lots of experience in the etiquette of living with others (i.e. I clean up after myself, respect others space/privacy and do my share of the chores around the house). I am pretty introverted so I do like to keep to myself from time to time, but I am always happy to have a chat and make plans to hang out with my house mates if we're up for it! I am currently working in Brisbane until the end of November so I cannot move until at least the last week, but I am flexible and willing to wait for the right place. Please feel free to send me a message with some details about your listing and I'd be more than happy to organise a time to check it out when I am down in Sydney. Thank you!
Hey. I am 27 year old professional working full time as a Technical Consultant in St. Leonards. My home town is Delhi. I have been living in Sydney since last 3 years and before that I was in England for my uni. I have lived in shared house before as well so I am well aware how it works :) I am regular to gym so it will be nice if I can find some place near to a decent gym and close to train station. Not looking to live with couples or more than 2 housemates. Thanks!
We are an English couple who have recently come back from a 14 month trip travelling. I (lisa) have recently accepted a job in Neutral Bay and would love to make the move to the north side. We are a friendly, easy going couple who loves exploring Sydney, eating good food, chilled nights and a cheeky glass of wine. We are very respectful of others and their privacy, having lived in shared accommodation previously.
Looking for a furnished room with its own bathroom. We are highly skilled migrates with masters in our fields, on a PR from Mumbai, India. We are very flexible and easy going. Neat, clean and respect others privacy.
I am an engineering graduate and recently completed my internship. Moving to Sydney from Canberra. I am an easy going, friendly person who is looking for a peaceful, tidy place with decent housemates.
I'm rarely at home! I'm a busy bee who is always out and about (I work full time and study part time). However, I'm usually keen for a drink! I've been living alone for the last 6 months so I have plenty of household supplies. I'm currently living in outer Western Sydney and am super keen to move back in to Sydney proper!
I'm a 25 year old medical assistant/beauty therapist working with plastic surgeons in Mosman during the week and off weekends. I'm pretty chilled and quiet but i love to meet new people and socialize. i loveeee cooking and always trying new recipes. I have a pet cat called Salem hes 5yrs old and just likes to nap in the sun all day and keep to himself. I would ultimately prefer to live with females but open to a mix. Flexible with my moving date (:
I'm a full time young professional looking to find a new place on the North Shore, on the train line. I'm quite social, and love having chats over wine or watching Netflix, but am also happy doing my own thing. I am very neat and tidy and like to keep living areas clean. I enjoy reading, video games, ballet and going out to brunch with friends. I also really enjoy cooking and having friends over for dinner, but am not into big house parties. I'm currently living in Wollstonecraft in a flatshare, and my moving date can be flexible. If you'd be interested in looking for a place together, let me know and we can catch up :)
I'm laid back and easy to get along with, I like to keep to myself but will be happy to have a chat every now and then. I'm moving to Sydney from Canberra for a job I've been offered. I'm into travel, learning languages and card/board gaming
I'm a physicist working in climate modelling. Bit of a nerd, but friendly and laid back. Never been a partier. More of a tea and book person. I do keep active and mainly spend most of the time hiking or rock climbing. When I'm home, I'll be reading, writing, or playing video games. I do enjoy good thoughtful chats. Food-wise I keep to myself but am open to a few meals together a month. I've tended to be the neatest one in prior flats.
EDIT: I now have to update all of the below. I may be taking up a full-time job in Chatswood in late 2018 so am browsing for Chatswood places now. I prefer LGBTQ and/or nudist-friendly. I'm a serious hard-worker and it'll be a 9-5 Mon-Fri job that I'll be doing. --- Hello I'm Glen, just turned 30, from the NSW Central Coast. I've been having an interesting life. I grew up in Gosford, then went to London to train full time as a classical musician before burning too brightly and 'burning out' returning to Australia in 2013, then since then I've been a massive hippie and nudist and went traveling around NSW and even lived at a yoga ashram for half a year, where I'm basically on a spiritual journey to both heal things from my past and decide on the sort of life I want to live. One day I want to be a dad and make my own family. I work half-half in music and non-music at present, doing gigs on the violin alongside a stable part-time day-job in Swansea. I love nature, and swimming in the ocean, have good loved friends on the Central Coast, and am very open-minded culturally. By now I'm really respectful about how other housemates may want to live (e.g., I don't have to be nude in front of housemates in order to be happy, a happy house is about everyone in balance), and likewise I'm good at communicating whatever simple boundaries I may need for myself too :). Let's meet and see if we get on or not! I'm full of love and peace... Thank you for reading! Glen
Hi there! I am Bree and I am looking for friendly a housemate(s) to share the new year with. I am working full time, love being fit and active and love dinner parties/games nights! Newly migrated to Australia from NZ, I have a bit of a funny accent. My workmates make fun of certain words I say, and I'm sure you will too/ I like to hang out with flatmates where possible but also have the ability to do my own thing, but would love the opportunity to meet new people. In previous flats I have lived with a larger group of people and prefer living in share houses. I like to cook, but also keep everything tidy as I go. I love to watch movies and constantly quote Brooklyn Nine Nine. I'm all about animals, so if you have a pet - great!
