We’re a very friendly, clean, respectful and calm couple. We’ve been living in Sydney for almost a year. We are studying and working so we keep things pretty calm during the week (and most of the time even on weekends haha). However, we would love to have a friendly relationship with our new flatmates and sharing a meal/ having a beer once in a while. We are looking forward to find a place which we can call it home and new flatmates who we can call them friends :)
I'm a quiet person. Work and study. I like to be with my friends at times of meals. Sometimes I like to cook. I want a CLEAN place without parties and drugs. I dont smoke. And I want a home without cigarrettes. The minimum I will stay is 4 months, it can be up to 16 months.

Good condition flat, not old or has mouldy problem. Ideally the room has no balcony, has a single bed with bed frame and good mattress and a decent desk. Willing to pay up to $250 per week including utilities and internet. I will stay at least until the 2nd half of April, but potentially longer. The suburbs I am interested in are as follows: Mascot, Matraville, Beaconfield, Eveleigh, Rosebery, Eastlakes, Alexandria and Botany.
Hello, I am 22 year old looking for a shared house or apartment to live with friendly people particularly in areas which are less than one hour train ride. I am leaving Perth on the 16th to move for my new job in the same company and will like to start on the 19th January. Having lived with housemates, I am someone reliable on rent, clean, independent , enjoy quiet time after work and occasionally fancy going out for drinks. I will be working full-time and sometimes during the weekend. This will give you some quiet time as well. I can adapt very in different environment and will ensure you have your privacy.
I am English, 44 years old and been living in Australia for 17 or so years. I work in Facilities Management and currently a Building Manager at a commercial building in the City. I am relaxed, easy going and a clean and tidy person. I love socialising out with friends, but also more than happy chilling out at home. I am looking for a home, not just a room to rent. I would like to share with someone who would like to occasionally socialise, share a glass of wine, but also be able to respect each others privacy. Also have mutual respect for each other, open with communication and someone who also appreciates personal space and downtime.
A couple from Peru and Hungary looking for a lovely place to stay long term. We study and work, we would like to share the flat/house with 4 more people max. We are friendly, respectful and clean. Waiting here from you. Cheers,
I’m 27 years old, Taurus and vegetarian, currently studying Audio Engineering at JMC Academy and working part time at JB Hi-fi (between Sydney Airport store and Homebush warehouse). I usually work/study 9-7ish during the week and spend my weekends doing assignments or checking out gigs/parties, when I’m not super busy I’m always down for a chill. I’ve been living in share houses for the past 9 years and I’m generally pretty clean and tidy up after myself. I’m allergic to cats, dogs and dust mites so if there’s a household pet please let me know.
I am a young professional who has spent the past year living and working in Southern NSW. Now that I am placed back up in Sydney Metro, I am now looking for a place to call home. I am 23 years old, come from a Kiwi-Chinese background who studied engineering at UNSW. In my free time I like to watch movies and go out fishing :)
Looking for an entire home, suitable for 1 small and one medium/large dogs Dave and I are hardworking trady and Personal Assistant. We love our dogs, we have the occasional drink on a Friday after work but mainly like to keep low key or go out. We are very tidy and take pride in our belongings and respect others property like we would our own. Chase is a small 12 year old shi Tzu and Boss is a 5 year old Amstaff. Our dogs are toilet trained, well behaved and have own bedding.
I am a British guy looking to move into a place I can call home. My interests are photography, skateboarding, surfing and music. I am looking for a clean and tidy apartment with flatmates that i would be able to call friends in Sydney. I have a job as a bartender in Zetland but I am an aspiring UX designer.
23 year old that just got an apprenticeship so I’m looking for a cheap room to live. I have a partner as well that might be living with me. I would love a parking space as well. Good internet is a must. Thanks everyone.
I'm an IT professional - very relaxed and laid back, I enjoy an occasional weekend wine, or drink, sociable, but also very career oriented and driven. A lot of the time, I like to work on my 'projects' - and will be busy on the computer working away :) I am looking for a luxury or quality apartment to share in - I like to keep clean - What people do in their bedrooms and how messy they have their room is their own business, but I do think its important that the living and common areas are kept clean - I do my bit. I'm the kind of person who may enjoy a wine and maybe a chat after a long day work. Other times, I'll just keep chugging away working on my side business - (i do online dev work). I respect other people's property, and will always make sure I am accountable to all things. No drugs, no addictions. I have an easy-going personality and would like to find flatmates of similar feather :) I think its important to when picking flatmates that everyone is honest, and upfront about absolutely everything to avoid surprises later down the track. Let me know how you like to live, and I'll do the same. Happy hunting :) Elijah.
My Fiancé and I are moving back to Sydney and looking for a room to rent somewhere anytime after the 23rd of Jan. We’re both performers, I start a tour in February and will be away a lot and Michelle will be dancing on Sydney Showboat and teaching phys ed at local primary schools. We’re pretty chilled, clean people just looking for a place to base ourselves. We love a vino after a long day, enjoy exercise going to the theatre, movies and alway pick up after ourselves. We're pretty easy to live with and always pay our share of rent and bills on time. Because we're a couple, we find it's easiest for us to have a bathroom for ourselves, but we've shared before without too much hassle.
I’m a very respectable and friendly person who works in the city from Mon-Fri. I am also a clean freak and am a very neat housemate. I like to go on adventures on the weekends and I am very career focussed so I’m not about the house too much. Ideally looking for a place in the Mascot Station quarters or in Wolli Creek as I commute by train daily. Not available for any viewings until 31st Jan as I’m away on holidays at the minute. As much as I’d only LOVE to live with an animal, I’m highly allergic to animal fur so I can’t live in a place with pets.
Hello, My boyfriend, Billy, and myself are looking for a new place to live that is close to the train line as I work in the CBD and Billy works in the western suburbs. We are both very professional and work full time so we enjoy having quiet weeks. On the weekends we are very active with being outdoors and also socialising with friends. We are both Australian and originally from Sydney.
I work full-time in Admin and am looking for a flat somewhere with easy access to the city. I have a King Charles Cavalier who is toilet trained.
