Hi! Sorry this is a bit of a long post, I’m looking to move immediately and am really hoping to find a long-term place (pleaseee 🤍)

I’ve previously signed and managed my own lease, so I’m familiar with the responsibilities of renting. Unfortunately, that place ended up being too far and too expensive for me to stay long-term

About me:
- Outgoing, friendly, and reliable (I stay friends with most of my past housemates!)
- Have been consistently working and studying for the past two years
- Currently work 32 hours a week and study Law and Commerce full-time
- Tidy, respectful, and easy to live with
- Love the gym, bouldering, and travelling

I also have a litter-trained bunny, he’s lived in rental properties before with no issues, noise, or damage. That said, if a place can’t accommodate pets, I’m happy to re-home him temporarily if needed

Budget: around $400–$450/week (can stretch slightly for the right place)
Preferred locations: Waterloo, Zetland, Wolli Creek, North Shore, or nearby suburbs
