Hi! Sorry this is a bit of a long post - I’m looking for a place to move into immediately and I’m really hoping for a long-term lease (please please please)

I’ve had to move 8 times over the past 4 years, mostly because the leases ended or weren’t renewed by the main tenants

I’ve previously signed and managed my own lease, so I understand the responsibilities of renting, however the place ended up being too far and too expensive for me to stay long-term.

About me
I’m outgoing, friendly, and reliable (I stay friends with most of my past housemates)
I work 32 hours a week and study full-time
I’m tidy, respectful, and easy to live with
Hobbies: I love going to the gym, bouldering, and travelling

My budget is around $400–$450/week (can stretch a little for the right place).

Prefer locations around:
Waterloo • Zetland • North Shore • Wolli Creek • or nearby suburbs.
