Looking to Team Up ASAP – 2 Bed 2 Bath (Flexible, Long-Term) Hi! I’m Katie 😊
I’m a uni student studying Law and Commerce and working part-time (around 32 hours a week), so I’m usually pretty busy. I’m looking for a long-term lease - ideally a 2 bed, 2 bath, but I’m flexible depending on the place. Inner West (not too far out) or the North Shore would be perfect.

A bit about me:
- I’ve signed and managed my own place before, so I’m comfortable with leases and responsibilities
- I already have all the kitchenette essentials, so no need to buy new things
- I love the gym (One Playground) and bouldering
- I have a rabbit 🐰 (very polite, fully litter trained, and super chill)
- Non-smoker, drink occasionally
- Can cook and happy to share good Thai food (I’m half Thai!)
