I'm a software engineer living in Auckland as of the moment and moving to Australia in August 2018. I am flexible and can easily adjust to different environment. When I'm not working, I play volleyball and try different sport as much as I can. What I really prefer in a house is a clean common areas especially the bathroom :) I'm originally from Philippines but decided to settle abroad to explore what the world has to offer.. I'm looking for a room in a house/apartment where I can call my second home, and wouldn't mind a visitor once a month. Preferrably near or easy commute to George street CBD :)
Work full time in finance in the city Monday - Friday, am clean, easy going, friendly and social. Like to be healthy and like to go to the gym or run after work. Also enjoy wine on the weekends
Hey! I'm Sarwar, a post-grad student at UNSW studying Linguistics. I'm looking for a furnished single room for at least 4-6 months of stay. I'm an easy-going, co-operative, and open-minded guy, and I love to socialize and spend time with my flatmates, but I also respect their personal space and time. I always try my best to keep the house clean and tidy, especially the social areas such as the kitchen, living room, and bathrooms. I'm usually on board for random exploration plans, trying out new food joints or going out to grab a drink from time to time (given I don't have heaps of readings or exams coming up)!! I do enjoy my FIFA quite a bit; but who said board games can't be fun every now and then eh?! :P Attending a variety of sports events, and other live events are somethings I truly do enjoy too when time and finances permit, ha! I have lived in the US during my undergrad years, and have been in Sydney since July 2017 -- so I understand what it means to live with flatmates and I enjoy the experiences it brings too! Looking forward to what this new semester will hold! Please feel free to ask me any questions you may have! :)
My name is Greta, I'm a 22 year old student from Germany. I'm going to study at the University of Sydney for one semester from August on. I am an easy going, friendly and organized person. I don't smoke and I like to keep my flat clean and tidy.
Hi I'm Christian, I am going to study at University of Sydney for the coming semester (aug-nov), and I am therefore looking for somewhere to live in Sydney. At USYD, I am going to study primarily finance units. About me: - I am 22 years old, I am from Copenhagen, Denmark, where I study International Business at Copenhagen Business School. - In my spare time I like to do and watch sports of all kinds. In Denmark, I played handball and ran. - Before I moved to Sydney, I lived together with my girlfriend in Copenhagen. She is going on exchange at University of Western Australia in Perth. - I love to travel (probably also the main reason for going on exchange!). Why I am great to live with: - First of all, I am tidy and clean. So there will definitely not be any issues with that! - I love to cook and eat all sorts if different foods. Maybe my coming flatmates can take advantage of that. - I do not smoke or have any pets. - Last but not least, I like to socialize with friends and family, but I might also need some time to study anyways. Hope that you find my listing interesting, and I will look forward to hearing from you! Best regards, Christian Nedergaard Pedersen
Hi guys, I'm 30 years old professional who works full-time in Finance (in CBD). I have been living in Sydney for 5 years now. I would call myself very clean and tidy person (have a bit of OCD with cleanliness i think) and respect other's privacy. I prefer quiet and chill weekends to recharge my energy as i usually work long hours during the week, and I am definitely not a party person. However, don't mind to have a glass of wine and share daily news with my flatmate after a hard day's work. I don't like to cook, so you will rarely see me in the kitchen. In case if you need a reference, my current flatmate with whom I've been living since i came to Australia, I believe wouldn't mind to provide some feedback. The reason for me to leave the current place is due to our apartment being sold. What I am looking for: - 1 Flatmate who has a full-time job, tidy and nice. - My budget is $350 (incl bills). - Need own bathroom. - My place needs to be near the train station. - Will move in on 11th of August, 2018. If you have any questions, just send me a message. Thank you!!
Hi I’m an international student, studying law and arts at USyd. I’m pretty easygoing and I like to keep my accommodation clean and quiet. Looking for a perfect accommodation that I can stay for long term throughout my degree.
Hi I'm Casey and I'm a full-time government worker from Perth WA, moving to start a similar full-time permanent role in Sydney at the start of September. I am highly flexible with move dates, can move in as early as 26th July if required. Looking for a long-term rental preferably 6 months at least. I'm a bit of a foodie, enjoy going out with friends to explore new culinary delights, or to catch the latest movie. I like to exercise regularly with fitness classes at the gym, but also love cooking and the occasional binge with netflix:) I'm not a big party person but I'm outgoing, clean, tidy, friendly, quiet, courteous and super respectful of others' space, property and privacy. Also happy to share a meal and enjoy chats over the occasional glass of wine. I also love animals so I would get along great with pets if you have them:) Ideally I would like a spacious private room (enough to fit a queen bed, wardrobe and drawers) , with air conditioning in the room and/or throughout. Preferably own bathroom or ensuite. I also have a car but I'm flexible with any sort of parking. Highly flexible with areas, looking for somewhere quiet that is within a 5 minute walk to a bus stop or train station (or 5 minute drive to a train station) and within 45 minutes of the CBD by public transport. Overall looking a for a place I can call home with a/some great flatmate(s)/housemate(s). If you have any other questions, feel free to ask:)
Heey ! i'm Charlie, a Venezuelan / American that landed in Sydney after finishing my Business degree back home to work, make some money and travel. I love to cook ( make a killer Bolognese Pasta ), like to keep my things organized and am pretty chill to live with. Right now i have 3 jobs so i am working most of the time and don't have a lot of time to party, but don't mind going for a drink every time i can.
Originally from India, lived in America for 5 years and now moved to Sydney. Working with one of the Big 4 firms. Besides work I like to go out once in a while and other times chill at home and watch a movie or play on the Xbox. Always up to get a drink or chat over a cup of hot chocolate.

Hi I’m Alan, 32 years, Welshman, and I’m moving from London to Sydney, hopefully in early September where I’ll be working for a trade union. Obviously like socialising whether that’s a chilled night in or a few drinks down the pub. Also a little book geeky and like exploring and traveling. looking forward to seeing as much of Sydney and Aus that I can!
Tidy and organised, I have enough furniture to set up a place :) -- i'm pretty busy normally, but when not, like to cook, maybe read something, clean, etc. Definitely not afraid of cleaning nor kitchen.
Australian guy excited to be back in Sydney after 10 great years in London. As a professional, I work in the CBD Monday to Friday and regularly travel to Melbourne for work too. Outside of work, I'm busy developing my own start-up business and catching up with old friends. My hobbies include re-exploring Sydney, a passionate cook come foodie and getting to the gym to counteract that. As a well trained flatmate, I'm considerate, neat and tidy - I was an AirBnB host In London with a 4.5 star rating from over 55 people. My ideal place is one that is homely and hassle free with good transport links in a vibrant area. Ideally striking the balance between friendly flatmates whilst not living in each others pockets.
I'd like to think of myself as a fun and social housemate that would be more than just someone to pay rent each week. My interests include cooking, going out for food and drinks, Rupauls Drag Race, making cocktails and going to the beach among others. I've lived in share houses in Perth for several years so I know how to respect boundaries/privacy, and consider myself to be quite clean and tidy. Ideally looking for somewhere that is walking distance to central/redfern station to minimise my commute to work in parramatta ✌🏻
I have been living in Sydney for almost two years, I work full time and currently I am in the look for a private room for my girlfriend and me who will be moving to Sydney soon. I would like to find a place where we can both enjoy and have some quiet time, but also have fun with our new flatmates and have some social time. We are a clean, organized and easy going couple.
Hello Potential Flatmates, I'm looking for a new Sydney home. In or near one of these locations: Surry Hills, Redfern, Newtown, Zetland, Waterloo etc OR Within a nice commute of North Sydney station. I'm really not that fussy. What I'm really looking for is a cool bunch of people who strike the perfect balance between getting real social and respecting private space. I'm fairly English. Enjoy sports, reading, music and all that other good stuff. Ready to move almost ASAP (need to give 2 weeks notice at my current place). Sound good? Lets have a conversation. Speak soon! Joe
Hey! I’m Tara, I’m a 29yo bar manager & student. I’m currently looking for a team-up to move into a 2 bedroom apartment. I am studying a bachelor degree in nutrition and I work 3-4 shifts weekly, but don’t worry, I earn a full time equivalent. I am social and friendly, but also very clean and highly respectful of personal space. Happy to have a chat but love my own space too. I have most furniture/appliances to start up a new place, including a fridge, washing machine, kitchen-ware & dining setting. I also have 2 cats, which are adorable, friendly & well-behaved, so ideally someone who is an animal lover!
