Hi! I'm a 27 year old sociable Norwegian looking for a place to stay. I will be working full-time as a 3D Visual Effects artist starting from 23rd of June. I'm looking for a place with some nice, friendly people who wouldn't mind hanging out once in a while. Oh, and I like surfing and generally being active.
Hi guys, I'm 30 years old professional who works full-time in Finance (in CBD). I have been living in Sydney for 5 years now. I would call myself very clean and tidy person (have a bit of OCD with cleanliness i think) and respect other's privacy. I prefer quiet and chill weekends to recharge my energy as i usually work long hours during the week, and I am definitely not a party person. However, don't mind to have a glass of wine and share daily news with my flatmate after a hard day's work. I don't like to cook, so you will rarely see me in the kitchen. In case if you need a reference, my current flatmate with whom I've been living since i came to Australia, I believe wouldn't mind to provide some feedback. The reason for me to leave the current place is due to our apartment being sold. What I am looking for: - 1 Flatmate who has a full-time job, tidy and nice. - My budget is $350 (incl bills). - Need own bathroom. - My place needs to be near the train station. - Will move in on 11th of August, 2018. If you have any questions, just send me a message. Thank you!!
Hi there :) My name is Thomas and I'm looking for a friendly professional environment where I can live together with one or more young like minded people. I work in the construction but about to get out and start up my own online business which makes me very disciplined but also curious to learn new things. I have a dog (Bambi) which I like to stay with me few days each week if possible. In my free time I try to be outside discover new things or go for a mountain bike ride but I also like to sit down with my flatmates for a great dinner and a glass of wine or beer. I'm really easy going guy with a sense of Hungarian humor :) Although I was born here. If you think I can fit in your environment feel free to contact with me. ;)
I am 24, studying a master in psychology and doing one semester in Sydney. Originally from Denmark. I clean up after myself and like to cook. I am social, but I also like to spend some time alone. I love traveling, meeting new people and spending time with my boyfriend.
I'm a software engineer living in Auckland as of the moment and moving to Australia in August 2018. I am flexible and can easily adjust to different environment. When I'm not working, I play volleyball and try different sport as much as I can. What I really prefer in a house is a clean common areas especially the bathroom :) I'm originally from Philippines but decided to settle abroad to explore what the world has to offer.. I'm looking for a room in a house/apartment where I can call my second home, and wouldn't mind a visitor once a month. Preferrably near or easy commute to George street CBD :)
I’m a very friendly, easy going person who is a working professional in Sydney CBD. During the week I like to keep busy with work, the gym and tennis. I do tend to work late most nights but love the occasional chat if I’m home. I love a good laugh and very much enjoy meeting new people, I usually go out in the weekends or like to go out for dinner etc with friends
I am a Filipina who just got a job at an Auditing firm in Sydney beginning August. I'm a Kiwi moving to Sydney. I am a car salesman and have a job in Rushcutters Bay. I am a very social person, love cooking, food, beer, wine & travelling. Looking forward to exploring my new home town Sydney.
Hi! I'm Kailan and I currently live in Perth. I will be moving to Sydney in July for work. I work as a lawyer so Monday to Friday that takes up quite a lot of my time. I would consider myself to be a very laid back person. In my spare time I love playing/watching sports, chilling at the beach or indulging in a froth and some banter at the local bar. I'm a big hip-hop fan and can make a pretty mean pizza! I am a tidy housemate who likes to have time to myself. But I also definitely enjoy a drink and meeting new people. Interested in teaming up or joining an established house. Hit me up if you think we would be a great fit!
I am currently a student, in my fourth year of study. I'm Australian, and have lived in Sydney for 3 and a half years. I like to socialise and get to know my flatmates (love a movie night), but I also enjoy my own downtime as well. I am friendly, tidy, respectful of privacy, and whilst i'm on-the-go quite a lot during the uni semester between uni and work, I love a comfortable home space. I am studying a double degree of Law/Criminology, so I do study quite a lot, although I usually prefer to study at uni or a library, so I don't have problems with flatmates noise or having friends over. For the past two years I have shared an apartment with a friend and have loved it, but I am looking to move close the city in August, can be flexible with dates. Also keen on teaming up.
Hi, I'm Pridhvi. I've been living in Sydney for over 6 months now. I've come here on a work visa from India and I'm working full time for an analytics firm in CBD. A bit about myself: I'm a very laid back person, respectful of boundaries but always up for a chat/drink or two. I'm quite athletic if I say so myself, up for most physical activities. I play/watch football (the English kind), table tennis and a bit of the cricket. I'll be working from 9-7 Monday-Fridays and will be free on the weekends and generally explore Sydney and surrounding areas. When I'm not at work, you'll likely find me binging on TV shows/movies etc. I'm quite knowledgeable in all kinds of films and always up for taking/giving suggestions. I keep myself/surroundings tidy and am quite ready to share household chores. I'm looking for a private room in a share house preferably starting from around early August.
Hello, my name is Katy and I was born in the United Kingdom and have been working and living in Hong Kong for the past 6 years. I came to Australia on a working holiday recently and I am looking for work and a place to live! My interests are cycling, tech, design, coffee, beer. I am a quiet person who enjoys occasional chat or outings but very often like to do my own thing. My length of stay is subject to change depending on where I find work -- Sydney or Melbourne.
Originally from India, lived in America for 5 years and now moved to Sydney. Working with one of the Big 4 firms. Besides work I like to go out once in a while and other times chill at home and watch a movie or play on the Xbox. Always up to get a drink or chat over a cup of hot chocolate.
Hi there! Originally from Canada, I have been living abroad for the last couple of years and will be in Sydney for about 3.5 months working full-time. I am an avid cyclist and runner who equally enjoys a night out with a few drinks or staying in for some competitive board game action. I am a clean and respectful flatmate, looking for a furnished room for a few months while in the city. Work will be fairly hectic, so won't be around too often but am keen to meet new people and explore what Sydney has to offer!
We are a young active couple from the Uk, currently on our second year visa! We both work full time, love a night in but would never say no to a few drinks! Benj is really into his rugby and me netball. We appreciate other people’s space and love to keep everything clean and tidy!
Hi there, I am a 24 year old female. Super friendly and outgoing, love a bit of banter and looking for house mates who are equally as keen to make a new friend but also appreciate their own space. I love a good movie but just as happy to watch reality tv. Ideally I am looking for female housemates whom are also social and of similar age (not a must). However, open to giving living with males a go. I am a creative, currently working as a graphic designer for the Australian Turf Club located at Royal Randwick Racecourse. I work Mon-Fri 9-5pm. Enjoy keeping active (when it isn't Winter haha). Love a good exhibition to check out on the weekends. Happy for a Friday afternoon bev and willing to lend an ear for a good rant. I have a boyfriend, Aaron - he lives on the Central Coast also 24. He comes down most weekends to visit or vice versa. He is also friendly and easy to get along with. Would need house mates whom are fine to have him come and visit over the weekend. We tend to keep to ourselves and wouldn't get in the way as weekends is our only real chance to see each other. If I sound like your type of person, please feel free to give me a holla for a chat. I am not in any particular rush to move out of where I am currently situated, but will move out quick smart for the right fit. I am looking for at least a 6 month stay. If we get along during this period I would be looking to extend this indefinitely. Cheers, P
Hello! We are two midwestern, American nomads hoping to find a place to stay in or near Edgecliff area. Grace (21) is interning for a small consulting firm, and Sophia (20) is backpacking. We are both clean, active, and adventurous females looking for a culturally immersive experience.
Hi all, I'm Mark, 29 - just moved from sunny Brisbane to Sydney for work. I lived in Brisbane for a year and Auckland for a year before that - I like to mix it up, meet new people and experience new places. Looking forward to the challenge and reward of Sydney life and would love to share it with some amazing people. I have friends and family in Sydney, so I guess this is more home for me than anywhere else. Pretty responsible, friendly, clean etc - I reckon I'd make a great addition to any house :)
I'm a clean and easy-going 29 year old professional with a passion for the performing arts. I like to keep fit, go to the theatre, explore the outdoors and have a cheeky beverage or two. I'm very sociable but also enjoy my down time at home. Ideally looking for somewhere within walking distance to Circular Quay or alternatively somewhere that's close by public transport to Circular Quay.
Hi guys, I'm a sales professional working full time. I have a keen interest in music and travel. I've very clean and tidy ( possibly too much ) and I prefer to keep it quite at home. Always keen for a drink and a chat with the roomies but I have a total respect of privacy and personal space also. I'm moving out of my long term apartment last week of July/First week of August and will be looking to stay Eastern Suburbs or close to the CBD. For those looking to team up I can also fully furnish a new apartment including fridge, washing machine, cooking utensils ect and would be happy to consider 2 or 3 bedroom apartments as long as my rent contribution would be slightly subsidised for the use of my furniture ect. Look forward to meeting you - Andrew
If I'm here, then I'm still looking! I'm looking at everywhere now and is not limited to the selected suburb. I'm a grad architect looking for a cool place (own room) and people to live with. Mature, friendly and reliable. Have been renting for the past few years, have seen and experienced all kinds of things, been a housemate, landlord, caretaker myself. Have big items such as a car, a mattress, and a big cork table so preferably not furnished, and a flat driveway for parking or off street. Always busy with something but wouldn't mind a few drinks (coffee preferred) and what-not. Speaks Mandarin and Malay and some other useless dialects too. Would like a place where I can sleep normally too. No room sharing! I don't really have any preference as to location, and you can see I have thrown in heaps of places that don't quite connect the dots. Contact me if you are looking for a superstar. Not a premium member so I can't message listing that are recent.
