I'm a Kiwi from Auckland who recently moved to Sydney for the lifestyle and am lucky enough to transfer through work. I'm a full-time working professional so I'm good for rent in full, on-time every time. Hi! I'm a British girl, been in Sydney for nearly a year now and I have sponsorship at work so I'll be sticking around for a while! I'm a journalist and I work in the week, with the occasional weeknight and weekend shift. I like to spend my weeknights fairly chilled, with a glass of wine and watching TV with my housemates. I tend to go out one night at the weekend and have a dance! Looking to live with people who are clean and tidy, fairly chilled and sociable enough to go for dinner/drinks every once in a while. I'm heading home to the UK for a short trip in July, and I'll be looking for somewhere to live long term from August. Ideally it would be somewhere already furnished, and with plenty of light.
Hi, **Please read my requirements before contacting me, thank you.** I am a full time analyst working in the film industry, in the city. I am an outgoing introvert, prefer quality talks and/or some quiet times for myself. I love food and traveling. I am looking for a studio/1br apartment/unit, or ONE person to share in a home, no couple or family please. I am looking for a long-term home, 12months+, will consider to extend my stay if there's no big issues of the property. I like my place to be bring/sun filled, well circulated (window) and tidy, closed to public transport, with reasonable living spaces, and x1 car park. Ideally it's timber floor or tile, but well maintained carpet is also considerable. No Smokers please. Hi there, Professional , clean tidy , social , quiet and respectful guy. Seeking a drama free , happy place to call home😊 Into health, fitness , yoga, art ... All the cool stuff ! Look forward to meeting with you shortly, Cheers Tommy
I'm Susan, 24, originally from Melbourne. I moved up to Sydney a couple months ago and looking for a new place! I work as a web professional full time M-F, typically 9-5pm. When I'm not working, you'll find me exploring new parts of Sydney, editing photos and potentially even baking! I'm a down to earth person, like a good laugh, a traveller at heart with lots of stories! I enjoy a cheeky vino now and then and a good chat on the occasion, but also enjoy my own space. For fitness, I love doing yoga and riding my bike to work! I've lived in share houses before. I like a clean and tidy house. I'm looking for a nice place. An established sharehouse with a private room. Ideally the house would have air conditioning, be close to a train station, a balcony and lots of sunlight. I have my own bedroom furniture. Move in date is flexible, but need to give a few weeks notice to my existing place before I can move.
Hi --- I'm Chanel! Currently seeking a bedroom -- willing to pay up to $300 per week. Room must have good lighting, willing to bring my own furniture for the room. I'm working part time as a style consultant and studying fashion business. I'm very down to earth, calm, caring and tidy ♡♡♡ Can't wait to hear from you -- PS not willing to room share ★~(◡‿◕✿)
Really social person who likes a chat and drink but also appreciates alone time and to chill out. Really clean. Have my own social circle but always happy to meet new people. I'm returning to Sydney after two years living in London as a journalist. Non smoker.
Hey everyone! I'm an American young professional moving to Sydney for a year-long transfer with my company (work in consulting). Looking for a room (preferably furnished) in a shared house or flatshare. I’m super flexible and easygoing and (I like to think) tons of fun. I'm highly social and like to have a good time, but am always respectful and courteous of roommates. Keep a clean shop and am highly reliable with paying bills, cleaning, etc. I travel most weeks for work so I'm a bit of a bargain - half a roommate but (hopefully) a full friend! Excited to move down under and meet new people. If you think I may be your gal please reach out!
Full-time working professional (corporate lawyer), who works in the city (can involve long-hours). Am looking for a place relatively close to the city, to share with a clean, tidy and considerate working professional. I'm not a partier, and tend to lead an active lifestyle. Due to work, weekends tend to be quiet for me, and I enjoy just using them to relax and unwind. Anything else, please ask.
Hi guys! I am a young professional working as sommelier in the restaurant business. Just moved over from Italy to explore what this country's winetrade has to offer. Although working most weeknights i am very respectful of everyone else doing 9-5 shifts. Generally I'm a very quiet and tidy person ,who really likes to contribute to an enjoyable home for everyone, but expects the same in return . If i am not tasting and serving wine all day i like to discover new dining places, travel, go to music gigs and see theater shows or swim. For me an ideal flatshare is a place where i can relax while cooking with flatmates, but to also have the opportunity to have some quiet time to study which is crucial for my job. If you feel like i could fit into your home, please contact me!:)
I'm a 26 year old marketing and media guru with a background in both video production and digital marketing. I'm moving back to Sydney after living in Melbourne for 5 years so that I can be closer to friends and family. I'm leaving my job in Melbourne, but am financially stable and will be working as a consultant until I secure a permanent position. I'm quiet and tidy, I generally don't go out much and enjoy quiet nights at home with a drink. I can keep to myself and give you your space but would also love to be friendly and chill out together. I won't be having any massive parties but your friends are always more than welcome. I can come with furniture including white goods, although I'd be happy to combine our furnishings so we have the best of each. You might have a better couch, I might have a better TV. I also bring an encyclopedic knowledge of film and TV shows, seriously, you want me on your trivia team. I also come with Netflix, Stan, Amazon Prime, and Crunchyroll accounts. One thing that I don't come with is a car, so there won't be any arguments over who gets the car space. I'm not terribly fussed as to which suburb I move to so long as it's relatively close to the city and/or public transport and is value for money. A dishwasher and NBN would go a long way. I also come with the most laid back cat you'll ever meet, she's an elderly cat so her hobbies involve sleeping and moving to her next sleeping spot. She's 14 years old and I've had her all her life, so obviously I'm rather attached and she's a part of the awesome package that is me.
I am originally from Germany but have lived in the Netherlands and Dublin, Ireland for the past 3 years. I currently study International Hospitality Management in The Hague and I will be coming to Sydney at the end of August where I will be completing a 6 month full time Sales Internship in the Central Business District. I am therefore looking for a private, furnished room in a shared apartment. I am open, tidy, responsible, easygoing and love to socialise while exploring the city and everything it has to offer. Sometimes I also like to have my own time, and I fully respect others private time.
