Not a party animal, nor a tech person and being polite is important.
Although I’m in my sixties, my attitude and behaviour is more of a younger person.
Looking for share accommodation unit or house with only one other person or find a studio apartment.
Having close access to public transport is preferred.
I’m single, working full time as a driver, various hours and occasionally weekends, sometimes away for work 2-5 days.
A location in the Hills area preferred but flexible and a car parking spot would be preferred.
Have a few good friends and family close.
