Hi, I'm an exchange student coming from France, I will be studying in Usyd for the 2nd semester. I am looking for any type of accomodation nearby the university business school, the only thing I truly need is a furnished private room, from late July to early December. I study management but I'm interested in all kinds of fields, from cinema to sports, from art to science. What would make me a nice flatmate? I am clean and keep things clean, I like to cook (cause I love eating), but I also like to have fun, in very simple ways. Although they say French people are quite grumpy, what you will remember the most about me is that I always keep smiling!
My name is Jia(you can also call me Jill), I’m a 25 year-old PhD student at department of gender and cultural studies in USYD. I’m now living in a student accommodation and I need to find a place I can call home before July. Since my PhD will last for about 3 years, I need a long-term rent, at least 12 months. About the room, I need a furnished room, and I prefer to have my own bathroom or share with 1 person. My moving date is in late June, but I can move into early if everything is just perfect. Somethings about me: I’m from China. But don't worry, I eat and cook quite light, I will not ruin the kitchen :) . My PhD is like a 9-5 full time job. I go to the uni on weekdays and try to chill on weekends to get some work/life balance. I’m an easygoing and open minded person, and I love my research a lot, which is also interesting enough. I could say I am a nerd in my research filed. And I'm always willing to share things related to cultural studies and gender studies with others. However, I would like to call myself a COOL nerd. I am into art things and fashion. I like painting, galleries, indie music, lo-fi music, popular culture, gin and tonic, movies...and I go to gym and running. PhD student must keep fit haha. I also enjoy exploring the city, nice restaurants and pubs, beach and vintage shops. I don't smoke and I'm really not a party animal. The social life I love is sitting in a bar with 1or2or 3 friends to have an intimate chat. I’m definitely clean and tidy, and I kinda like doing cleaning. I enjoy washing dishes, which is pretty wired to most people. Because of my PhD working pattern, I really want to find a new place near to Syd uni in a walking distance. By the way, I studied and worked in journalism/communication for 6 years, and I worked for Save the Children when I was in China. I'd love to live with flatmates who share similar mind or experience or hobbies, then we can be good friends. I’d love to meet up and visit your home if possible, and I can tell you more about me. Thanks☺️ xxx Jia

Looking to move into a sharehouse in Sydney with some people that are easy going and friendly. I am very busy with work and play footy during the week and on weekends, however I still like to live in a place where i can get to know my housemates and hang out from time to time. I am easy going, work relatively long hours and am very social and enjoy being around people, I want to move in somewhere long-term and get to know those I live with as friends.
I'm a UNSW law grad, who will be working full-time from June. I love a good laugh. I'm an agreeable dude and am very hard to bother. I'm looking for a flat from 25 May for at least the subsequent 6 months. Let me know if you're interested!
Hi all, Young professional relocating back to Sydney to work in the CBD after spending just over a year in Perth. Originally from QLD but lived in Sydney prior to moving to Perth. Coming back with a car so street-parking would be great. 9 month stay would be the minimum. I'm easy-going and social but also pretty happy to keep to myself, however if you want to hang out then I can get around that as well. Enjoy having a few beers or a lot of beers if the crowd is right. I tend to keep pretty low key during the week. Would love to live near a pub which does a meat tray raffle (not a deal-breaker, but a deal-sealer). Drop me a line if I sound like someone you could live with!.

I'm a psychology student at UNSW and will be working part time in Pyrmont. I'm pretty easy going, open minded and chill about most things. I'm into music so I'm often going to concerts or music festivals. I'm vegetarian but I'm not fussed about what you cook or eat. I have a small house trained Maltese poodle called Ollie who needs to move in with me and he cannot be an outside dog. He is pretty calm and stays with me all the time. I am looking for my own room and would be great if the room has no carpet. I do need internet in the property. I prefer bills to be included in total price. If you have any other questions feel free to ask :)
Hi there ! My name is Emma and I'm a foreign student looking for a shared house for the duration of the second Semester. Even though I enjoy partying, I'm a calm soul and appreciate my chill times. I'm always down to talk around a tea, dance awkwardly in the house or watch some shows on TV. I look forward meeting you ! Bye, Emma
