Hello! My name is Ashley. I'm from Florida, US and I'm going to be attending USYD next year. I'm an architecture student so I will be in studio for long hours. I keep to myself but I'm very friendly. Especially, since it will be a new place for me I would enjoy meeting new people and places (I'm very much into adventures, traveling and netflix). At home, I'm responsible, organized and I like to keep my area as clean as possible.
We are two friendly Italians workimg and living in Sydney. We both work within the media field (graphic designer /camera operator). We are quite chatty but also private as we like to relax and watch a movie or read a book.
Hi! Thanks for checking out my page. My name is Nicole and I'm a Science student at University of Sydney. And, I hope to look for a place to stay from Mid/End November 2018 till Mid/End January 2019. As a person, I'm really cheerful and easy-going, thus, I get along well with others. I'm also rather organized so I tend to enjoy my frequent "clean-up"s. As outgoing as I am, I also enjoy the privacy of my own room. If you're interested, please do drop me a message.
So, I'm Stéphane, from Belgium, 27yo. I arrived in Aussie 3 months ago after a year and half in NZ. I'm working full time for Greenpeace and also doing lots of work for UNHCR 🙂 I'm a super joyful person, passionate about travels, anthropology and ice climbing. I'm now looking for a friendly vibe place to move in and feel like a home.
-Looking to move to Sydney to help further my career as I'm currently restricted to more hours due to having to travel. -looking for somewhere close to public transport -my hours are 7am-4pm monday to friday but I have set shifts every weekend finishing at 2am, I'm very respectable of people's sleep and won't make any noise coming home :) -I'm an outgoing, work-driven person and I make the most my time at work, out with friends, or binge watching netflix. I do tend to keep to myself when I've worked long hours, but i am a very happy person and loves meeting new people!
I am a 28 year old Scottish female who is very clean, friendly and polite. Looking to meet new people and make friends. Looking for a place for 6 months to indefinite.
Hi, I'm Caitlin, a 27 year old PhD student studying wildlife genetics. I keep fairly regular 9-5 or 10-6 hours at uni. I'm vegan, love food, love plants, crafts, and hiking, and I'd love to live with some people interested in having a homely vibe to their place. I'm usually pretty quiet but friendly and am interested in finding some housemates who like to catch up over the occasional drink or dinner. I'm originally from Adelaide but have lived in Sydney for the past 3 years. I would prefer to move somewhere at the end of the year but would consider an earlier move if I find the right place :)
Hey! Uni student majoring in commerce. Looking for a place to stay when I start work in the city. I am a pretty relaxed and open-minded person who loves to chill, play football, and read. I am pretty good company as I am quite sociable, like to discuss things, and enjoy good food and wine. I am pretty clean and take hygiene very seriously. And I am also considerate to others.
I'm looking for a room in a relaxed share house in the inner west or inner east, preferably close to Sydney Uni. In terms of a bit about me, I'm 28 and I'm sociable, agreeable and optimistic :) I'm currently doing my PhD in public health. In my down time I'm usually drinking coffee or wine, running, eating overpriced avocado toast like a typical millennial, out dancing (what I lack in coordination I make up for in enthusiasm), or hanging out in a park somewhere soaking up the Sydney sun. I really enjoy getting to know people and am always up for a chat, but I'm independent and very respectful of the need for personal space. I love catching up with housemates over a glass of wine, some tea in the kitchen, a dance or a good old fashioned dinner party at home when the stars align.
I'm an easy going, respectful and considerate, 39 yo guy. I like to keep my place nice and clean. I work full time in design/retail Tue-Sat. I like to keep myself busy in my free time (hiking, beach, friend hang outs, movies, meditating) . I'm sociable and wouldn't mind a glass of wine sometime with my flatmates. They say I'm super easy to live with and I respect others privacy. I love dogs and wouldn't mind living with one ;-)
I am moving from Ballarat Victoria for work in Camperdown, so Sydney is a new place for me. I am a fairly quite housemate and respects peoples privacy, but am sociable and enjoy an after-work talk about anything. I play field hockey and will be looking for a team after I move. I have a car and would prefer off-street/garaged parking, but on-street parking, if it is a quite place, is ok.
Hi, there I'm Mai 26 y/o from japan. I've been in Australia since November 2017. My visa is working holiday visa and I'm working full-time in sydney CBD. My english level is pre-intermediate to intermediate. *I'm looking for a private room :) I'm an easygoing and cleanly person who likes music, animal, travelling and eating sweets. I hope I can live with nice & friendly flatmates :)) Thank you
Hey, I'm a 24-year-old Music Producer moving to Sydney from England on a Working Holiday Visa 21st November. Staying in a hostel for two weeks, so will be able to move in somewhere 6th December! I'm a Clean, Tidy & Easy-going guy. I like to have fun and socialise, but also enjoy my own space as well. Looking forward to meeting new people, and the right people to start my Australian journey with!
Hello! My name is Charlotte and I'm 19 years old. I was born in Canberra and my mum & her family are all Australia, but I've lived in England pretty much my whole life (dual citizenship). Over the past year or so I have been working full time in England and saving up. I decided to move back to Australia, specifically Sydney, on my own because I love this country so much! I have a lot of family dotted around NSW, Victoria and Canberra, whom I've been staying with a lot so far. I recently got a full time job in hospo in Newtown so I would really love to live in or around this beautiful area! I am very excited to meet new people and have my own space as I've also been staying in hostels a lot (sharing a room with 8+ people!!). I drink a lot of tea and coffee (bit of a fanatic as I used to work in the English equivalent of T2), and I'm hoping to eventually apply for a degree in Graphic Design at a university in Sydney. I really love travelling and meeting new people from all over the world (my parents met in a hostel when they were travelling at 21 so I feel like they've passed this down to me!)
I've recently moved here from Canada, am working full time, and looking to meet some fun and easy going people. I'm here for the foreseeable future too! So looking for a place that's at least semi-long term. I'm pretty relaxed and clean at home. I like reading, cooking, and chatting with my roommates over a glass of wine or beer. I would love to find some roommates that like going to the pub for a bite or drink once in awhile, or exploring things likes markets, new beaches, and coffee shops. Truly though, I'm just a go with the flow kind of person! Whatever's going on, I'm happy to check out!
Hi ! I'm Manon, I'm an exchange student at USYD. I'm respectful, friendly and chill. I lived 3 years in a boarding school and I have been living in a share house for the past 3 months so I know what it is to live in a community. I'm not what we can call a big partygoer but I like to hang out, have a drink or a chat over a meal or a glass of wine/pint of beer etc. I'm in love with film photography, volleyball and good music.
Recently came back from a 4 month holiday in Europe where I was working, travelling and visiting family. I've deferred uni for the second semester and am looking at working part or full time over summer until March 2019 before I take up uni again. I'm easy-going, down to earth and a humble person.
Hello, I'm 22, work full time, I'm looking to either join a share house or start one in March 2019. I'm pretty easy going, don't mind smokers as long as it's outside. I don't mind people with pets either. Ideally I'd like to live in Camperdown or surrounds. Keep common areas in the house tidy and clean, (shared effort) Don't mind people having friends over. (within reason.) Don't mind Male or Female. As far things about me I enjoy banter, watching movies/tv shows, video games & going to gigs. Would be nice to have flatmates that would like to also hang out sometimes and are friendly. :) P.S I'm a decent cook.
I'll be commencing my Masters degree at The University of Sydney in February 2019. I love hiking and the outdoors and I get along well with active people. I am quite particular about cleanliness and I'll probably cook for you if we get along well :) I have travelled to 25+ countries I am very open-minded and accepting of different cultures and people. I don't smoke or party, but I'm always up for a glass of wine. Or two. Or three. If you think I'd make a good flatmate, message me!
Hi, I'm a first year uni student looking for a room close to the University of Sydney (Camperdown campus) to rent, I don't drive, looking for a place with a 30 minute or less one way travel on public transport. I love animals and would prefer a place that’s pet friendly so I could get a rescue dog, or better yet a place that already has pets. Contact me anytime and I'll try to get back to you ASAP, thanks.
Hey hey, I’m on the hunt for a new home! I'm looking for a fun, social sharehouse somewhere in the Newtown/Marrickville area with people around my age (I’m 25). I'd like a place where everyone is mates and hangs out, but I can also respect other peoples space! I'm friendly, easy-going and social. I’m always up for hangs and chats, a trip to the pub/a game of pool or adventures around the city. Im currently living in Stanmore but my lease runs out soon. I'm wanting somewhere $250 or under but can stretch up to $280 for the right place and I am looking for somewhere I can stay long-term. I also have my own bedroom furniture that I will be bringing with me. I don’t really mind how many housemates I have, but I do have a preference for larger share houses. Let me know if you have anything!
I've recently made the move from the UK to Sydney, via Japan. I'm working for Sydney City Council in the CBD. I'd like to find a comfortable place, with nice sociable flatmate(s). I enjoy eating out, cooking, hiking, day trips, and going to a bar/pub every now and again. I'm sociable, but I'd definitely not call myself as a party animal! I'd enjoy living in a relatively clean and tidy home.
