Hey, My name is Pooria and working at university of Sydney as academic staff. My parents and my sister are coming to Australia for visiting and stay for 2 months. I am looking for a one bedroom or granny flats or studio for their short-term staying in Sydney. For this period of time, I will stay with them. Please message me if you have a good case for me. Regards, Pooria
German becoming Aussie 🤙🏻 I came here to swim competitively and study at Sydney Uni Summer School, I will stay till April when I continue my travels to visit my former host brother in Hawaii. So far I enjoyed Sydney so much but have to leave my old place (student accommodation) by New Years which gives me the time to meet new people. I am in introverted extrovert which meas I love hanging out having group activities but also enjoy my quiet time. Need a location close to Sydney Uni as practice starts 5am every morning but no worries, I am quiet and there is never a fight for the shower 😉 Happy if you have something!
I've just moved back to Sydney after a year in Brisbane and am looking for a place to call home long-term. I lived with my parents in Brissie so my manners and cleaning skills are definitely up-to-date. I'm 28, I work in Advertising and I like books, movies and dogs, though I left mine in Brisbane 😞
Hiya, looking for a place to call home in the inner west (preferably) when my lease ends in mid Jan. I work in the disability sector 9-5 mon-fri and love the occasional wine/dinner/chat with my future roomies to be after a long day! I’m a very considerate and friendly person and will be conscious of your personal space/stuff. I don’t have any super specific preferences just want to live with similarily easy going people and also near a train station would be A++
Hello everyone, We are an easy going, well rounded couple who are looking for a new home. We are clean and friendly, enjoy socialising with our housemates and respectful of your space and belongings. We are looking for a furnished room as we have recently downsized. We like cooking, watching movies and seeking new adventures around Sydney.
We are two professionals from London who are looking for a nice and quiet place to live. We are easy going and tidy, no party, no smoking. We have been landlords ourselves so we know the difficulties and stress the wrong tenant can bring. In our spare time, we will be out and about, trying to see and experience as much of Sydney and Australia as possible!
Future student at The University of Sydney - Bachelor of Architecture and Environments From Pakistan. Have lived with and American host family for 10 months during a cultural exchange program in the United States - no complains there. Like to keep the room and bathroom tidy and clean. Never loud and not big on parties. Would love to cook for flatmates every now and then. Responsible and a team player.
Hi everyone ! I am looking for a shared accomodation near Sydney university. At the moment I am in France an will move to Sydney on January 2nd to start a postdoc. I am 31 and would be very glad to find flamates who sometimes enjoy cooking or having a meal together, discussing, going out... (which does not mean of course that one cannot also have indenpendency and own plans). I speak French, German and English.
Hey, I'm a graduate medical student so I'm super quiet but don't mind the occasional netflix binge or group dinner. I'm pretty on top of cleaning (all that good hygiene practice you get as a medical student). I like cooking (meal prep come at me). I've lived in share accommodation before and have my share of roommate horror stories. I work part time as well as studying so making rent will never be an issue. I'm not particularly looking to move before new years but am flexible.
Hello! I'm moving to Sydney from Adelaide at the end Jan/start Feb to start a Master of Public Health at the University of Sydney. I have been working full time over the last year or so as a Data Assistant. I am considerate, tidy and reliable. In my free time a like to travel, explore new places and spend time with friends and family. I am hoping to find a home to share with friendly and sociable housemates that is fairly close uni.
I'm from Sydney, currently live in Alexandria, work in retail and am studying Fine Arts. I adore a good book, natter and cup of tea. I also like my britcoms, music and broad city. I have a green thumb, bake the occasional treat and frequently have pizza leftovers for breakfast. I'm down to earth, pretty tidy and keen to move asap into an unfurnished room!
I'm just keen to live with some relaxed, cool people. :) Friendly, chilled New Zealand gal in my 30s. I work as a writer/illustrator in advertising, not a partier, but not a wet blanket either... Good for a chat and a laugh over a glass of wine, also happy to keep to myself so we can all do our own thing. Clean and tidy - would love my own bathroom. Hope to have a small grey cat move with me too - no set date for that though, she's currently living with my sister in another state, so timelines are pretty flexible. She's house trained and very timid, unfortunately she's unemployed (little furry freeloader), but I always cover her share of the bills on time, as well as my own. Apart from the fact that cats seem to be totally polarising in this town, I'm about the lowest maintenance roomie you could ask for. Hope to hear from you. Misa. :)
I am English, 43 years old and been living over here for 16 years or so. I am a relaxed person, love socialising with friends, but also happy to chill out at home.
First year university students who are relocating to Sydney. We are two responsible adults, who are honest, respectful, fun, laid back and love to play video games. Can cook a different range of foods, clean, wash and dry washing and iron them.
Hey folks, 27 y/o professional chef and student (Chiropractic Science). Seeking to find a place to live or team up with someone(s) to get a place. I'm social, fun, clean, and l'm seeking simelar minded people. happy to split bills etc, offer my culinary skills, and dad jokes. Free early Jan. Cheers.
I'm a liberal-but-not-in-your-face chill American from Seattle. Recently finished up volunteering as an English teacher in Mongolia and here on a Work Holiday visa. I'm a really clean individual who can cook up a storm of delicious food if that's your thing. Love having conversations about politics, dad jokes, food, etc over a cold beer or a glass of wine. I've enjoyed visiting beaches and exploring cool neighborhoods in Sydney, but hoping to venture out and do some bushwalking and nature exploring in the coming summer months!
Hi guys, I'm looking for a long term place, preferably to set up a new house with 1 or 2 others. Definitely want to create a comfortable home with likeminded people, not a budget / party house / anonymous sort of arrangement. I'm an easy going guy working in the restaurant and wine industries. I work business-ish hours and am pretty busy during the week but always keen to share a home-cooked meal / drink when I can Monday to Friday. Enjoy being social on weekends and would like the sort of place where everyone feels comfortable to have friends around but also respect housemates when they do. I already have quite a bit of good new furniture and most appliances (incl. fridge, washing machine, dryer) / kitchenware so we wouldn't have to buy everything from scratch. Ideally thinking of a three bedroom terrace in the inner west / Redfern but am completely flexible to go bigger, smaller or an apartment if I find the right person or people
Hey all, I’m Nash, 26 year old male from New Zealand and working full time bartending around town. I just recently moved to Sydney after 3 years abroad in North America. When I'm not working, I love to be outside and active exploring this city when I can. Easy going and clean, love a good laugh and a few bevvies here and there. Would love to meet up for a chat , and look forward to meeting any future Flatmates!
