HI there! I'm a 33-year-old Canadian physician, here completing my Masters in bioethics. I've enjoyed living with roommates in different parts of Sydney so far. It's been great to explore new areas, and I also love being central and close to Sydney Uni. I'm clean, friendly and happy to socialize, although I do like my quiet down time too. I'm looking for ideally 1-2 roommates, non-smokers a must! I love enjoy being active outdoors, sports, reading, movies, traveling, cooking and eating. Feel free to ask me anything else that you'd like :) Jo
27 year old Paramedic, who grew up in Byron Bay, soon to be working central Sydney and Paddington area. Shift worker with a mix of both night and day shifts. I like to socialise especially with housemates. I find that share housing is a great way to form new friendship groups. Im currently studying a masters so I'm looking for both a nice place to live but also a nice place to focus on some study. Fond of a beer or a wine (red) and would love to live somewhere that it would not be uncommon for the housemate/s to get on well and have the odd BBQ or dinner. Recently I have returned from a 3 year stint living and working as a Paramedic in London.

This “about me” section feels like a tinder profile so I’m going to list some fun facts! -Canadian -loves dogs and hippos -is a ginger (ranga in Australia) -hopes to pursue a masters in architecture next year -is ambidextrous -loves the outdoors except for the humongous bugs you guys have over here.. -always up for a good adventure -enjoys parties and/or social gatherings -has a terrible habit of losing socks -pretty quirky but can also be quiet -respectful of people and their boundaries I think I’d be pretty decent to live with.
I work full-time for Deloitte as well as study law part-time at the University of Sydney. I play the guitar, enjoying cooking, craft beer and staying active. Australia is home since 2014; I've been an expat most of my life and I've lived in UAE, USA, Spain & India and in multi-cultural share houses. Personally, I'm social, respectful and clean. I like to host social dinners every once in a while but I'm not a loud party person. Moreover, during the week, I'll be at work most of the time. I'm looking for a home with an open area living and an outdoor area that encourages a social environment. I enjoy cooking over the weekend and it would be nice to have a good kitchen where we can share a chat and exchange some culinary tips. Preferably, I'm looking to team up to rent a 2 or 3 bedroom home in the inner-west or cbd area. As much as I like to be social, I respect others privacy and personal space. If the above sounds good and you're keen to team up or looking for a quality housemate, hit me up! Cheers.
I'm Will. I'm just returning home after 12 months in Canada and I'm looking for a nice little place back in Sydney. I'm a fairly easy going human. Most people would describe me as 'chill'. I'm fairly neat and have lived with a wide variety of people in the past so get along with almost anyone. I work as a maths/programming guy for a not for profit.
Hey I am a tidy and easygoing guy, looking for a room or a teamup, preferably close to USYD, as I am in the final semester of my bachelor in Economics. Even though I may have used to be a bit of a party person in the past, as it is my final semester and I want (need) to improve my marks before graduation. So, I plan to limit it to some quiet drinks with the roommates every now and then. I spent the last year on exchange in the Netherlands sharing an apartment with four other people and we managed to create a great environment, that I would love to have again.
Tara and Kyle here! We are both pro-intersectional queer vegans and love animals. We like to chill when we're at home after our super hectic work days - Netflix is a solid go to! Kyle: I'm a musician and I love to cook. I am a creative! I have my own company (Konnect Events) supplying music and lighting gear, directing and producing musicals, and I'm also a freelance audio visual designer and operator. My work can be spontaneous and long hours so I am not at home a lot. Tara: I have sharehoused for 5 years. I am a zero waste as possible human. I'm sensitive to chemicals and live a low tox life - it's really important that my home is accomodating to this! I'm a dancer and love any form of live entertainment. I have my own business (Tasker Tara) servicing the Inner West providing cleaning, professional organising (yes like Marie Kondo!), admin, hospitality, and other freelance tasks - this is my full time so my working days are a little all over the place and I tend to be in and out of home a lot! If it is of interest, we're also down to trade some work for reduced rent. If there is anything we can assist with to lower rent costs let us know!
Hello, I'm 25 and from France. I'm studying a Master in hospitality management and working full time as a personal assistant. I'm very responsible, tidy, and respectful of other people's space. I like to go out and be social but don't really party at home.
Hey there! I’m Benji, an illustrator / animator moving from Melbourne to Sydney in May 2019. Excited to start my new job in Syd and would love to join a nice and chill share house close or close-ish to Camperdown. Aprox 30mins traveling to Camperdown is ok. I’m a friendly, super chill minimalist into the arts, writing, working out, yoga, running and cooking. Please get in touch if you think I’d make a good housemate. Thanks!
Hello! I'm 26, a performer, working at a children's hospital and at the Opera House. I am soon to be studying at Uni too. With two jobs along with acting rehearsals/classes, I am out of the house most days/evenings. On my days off I like to catch up with friends or get back to nature - I love exploring beaches, and kayaking on the river. I'm looking for a clean and easy-going household where I can come home to recharge, and enjoy a dinner/movie/Netflix binge with housemates every now and then. I'm a social and extroverted person, but I also really value my independence, personal space, and peace and quiet. I'm looking for a PRIVATE ROOM in a flat or share house. $280 rent incl bills maximum. Clean, tidy, and respectful housemates are a must. Secure car parking is a bonus! Somewhere amongst nature with water views or a beautiful backyard would be the beeeessstttt :)
Hello, I'm a french student in physiotherapy. I'm coming to Sydney for a 6 weeks internship in Leichhardt so I'm looking for a room in this area or a close neighbourhood. I can move the 18th of may.
I am an engineering student from the United Kingdom coming to Sydney for 6 months to complete my final year project at the University of Sydney. I am currently on the search for a suitable place to live between the end of June/start of July and be back in the UK before Christmas. Hello :) My name is Muriel and I'm from the U.S. I am moving to Sydney to get my master's in sustainability and am really excited to get to know the city! I'm looking for housing close to campus that has a single room and preferably a personal bathroom, but I'm flexible depending on the specific circumstances. As a roommate I'm easy-going, open-minded, not noisy, and won't have any trouble keeping communal spaces clean. I'm definitely a warm weather kind of person and love to spend as much time outside as I can (hiking, swimming, going to parks, running), and enjoy trying new foods and getting drinks with friends. I'm not a a massive partyer but I am 22, so I am looking forward to going out and am hoping to find roommates who are easy going and down to have a fun night out from time to time. I am definitely an animal lover, but am unfortunately allergic to cats :( Please reach out if you have any questions, I look forward to talking to you!
Hey! I’m a second year student at the University of Sydney, an editor for a magazine, and in my spare time I play the piano and guitar (speaking of which, I do have an upright piano that needs to move with me wherever I go, just so you know!). I also love love love dogs, I’m looking for a furnished double room (with at least a double bed, study desk, and a wardrobe) for myself in either a shared house or a flat, preferably somewhere close to the university! If you’re interested don’t hesitate to send me a message.
