Introduction:

Hi, my name is Lynette. I'm a 28 year old trans woman looking for accommodation, long term. I am in need of a place that is LGBTQ+ inclusive.

I will contribute towards vacuuming, doing dishes, bins and maintaining a respectable level of hygiene. I'm not a super clean freak but I do appreciate having a clean environment.

I do not smoke, or do any illicit drugs, and I prefer you don't either. In regards to alcohol, I only drink socially, and I'm happy to enjoy one with you if I'm offered.

I do not have pets, but I'm okay if you have animals. I have no allergies. I may be a bit biased towards preferring cats over dogs, but I'm okay with either.

Budget:

I'm unemployed, but my Disability Pension helps me get by with an income of about roughly $1,100 per fortnight with rent assistance on top of that (I will need a written lease agreement to give to Centrelink). I would prefer not go beyond $350/per week. Utilities ideally included in the rent but that can be negotiated.

I prefer at least a bed/mattress as I will not be bringing any furniture with me. I will bring my own bedding.

Interests and hobbies:

I enjoy playing video games on various platforms. I enjoy watching and steaming Amazon Prime on my Xbox (Just finished Season 2 of Fallout). I like walking out to the harbour and sightseeing (when it's not 30-40°c). I like writing guides for very specific things, reading, and learning to program to so I can make my own games. I am nuerodivergent and sometimes might misinterpret some situations as a result, but I try my best. Yes, I am autistic, and proud of it.

Identification:

This sites way of verifying identity is very weird, but I do have photo ID. My driver's licence is expired. Now it will will have my deadname since I have not legally changed it yet (I am okay with my dead name being shown on a lease agreement, but please allow me to put my preferred name in brackets next to it).
