👋 Hi! I'm a 28 year old gender fluid individual. Although I present mostly feminine, you can refer to me by any pronouns!

🏠 I am currently in temporary accommodation. I am seeking a new place to call home, hopefully around Newtown or Marrickville.

💵 I'm on Centrelink welfare receiving $1,100 fortnightly, plus rent assistance. I'm looking for a place that doesn't go beyond $350 a week, and up to $1,400 for bond is my maximum budget.

🦋 I am a social butterfly, and I appreciate being able to hang out with other like-minded people. I'm an easy to approach kind of person, and I especially love going out for a drink, every now and again.

🧽 I am very respectful of personal hygiene and making sure the environment is clean and tidy. I tend to just do the dishes or vacuum without being asked, and it gives me something to do.

🏳️‍🌈 If it ain't obvious, I am only interested in places that are accepting of LGBTQIA individuals such as myself!

😸 I have no pets, but I'm okay if you do. I'm a huge animal lover!

🚍 I don't drive, so public transport is a must. A nearby bus stop for example would be ideal.

👍 I don't use substance/drugs, but if you do, just as long as I'm not peer pressured into taking it, then it's all cool and good.
