Hi! I'm a 28 year old genderfluid individual. Although I usually present feminine, you can use any pronouns to refer to me by!

I come from Sydney, looking for accommodation somewhere within Perth. My flight is on the 28th of April, and I will be staying at a hotel near the CBD. I will be available to do in-person inspections once I've arrived. I have no preference for which side of the river I end up on, as long as there's easy access to public transport. I do not drive.

Please bare in mind, I'm only comfortable staying in places that are occupied by other LGBTQIA+ individuals, and this is largely in part for safety reasons.

I am very much a social butterfly, and I appreciate being able to hang out with other like-minded people, but also be aware that I do also enjoy having my own private time, and I'm very respectful of others who need theirs.

I will contribute towards vacuuming, doing dishes, bins and maintaining a respectable level of hygiene. I'm not a super clean freak but I do appreciate having a clean environment. If you have a chores roster, I'll do my absolute best to follow it to the T.

I am not a drug user, and I ask you keep it to your own space if you are one. The same goes for smoking or vaping. No issues around alcohol, and I'm absolutely fine to have one with you if I'm offered.

I do not have a pet, but I'm okay if you do. I may be a bit biased towards preferring cats over dogs, but I'm okay with either!

HOW DO I SUPPORT MYSELF???
I currently do not work, but would like to study when I feel that I'm ready for it.

I'm on Centrelink welfare receiving payments of roughly $1,000 per fortnight with some rent assistance on top of that. My budget right now is $2,000 with a maximum limit of $300/wk, that should cover the bond and a few weeks rent. I never miss rent payments, and I'm very punctual when it comes to paying bills when asked.

I will be providing you with my state photo ID card. It will have my male name on it, and I'm okay if you refer to me by it on documents, but I prefer to be called Lynette during conversations.

I need at least a partially furnished room as I will not be bringing any furniture with me. I have my own bedding.

Please do not message me if your only reasoning is that I'm "pretty" and/or "your type". Like, c'mon...

I will not be handing over my phone number until I feel I can trust you and/or we're established flatmates. Just another safety measure.
