I'm Dan. A mid-40s guy originally from Perth, ex Sydney, ex Melbourne, ex Brisbane, recently relocated *back* to Brisbane after spending most of the last year and a half in Thailand.

I'm looking for share accommodation for at least the next 6 months or so. I've been back since November and have been in a rental since then. Unfortunately, the landlord is unable to extend, hence me looking for a new room.

About me: I'm the best housemate that you'll find. I ALWAYS pay rent and bills on time, and extremely tidy (I clean up straight away, and don't like leaving a mess). I'm generally very quiet, always listening to stuff in my room on headphones, but happy to have a chat and be friendly as well. I've shared on and off for a long time, typically when moving to a new area I'll start out in share accommodation before eventually finding my own place again. I'm always reliable, considerate, and tidy.

I don't mind house activities like a weekly dinner or games night if that's your style. I enjoy keeping fit, gaming, reading, and love getting outdoors for a hike or hitting up the beach during the warmer / sunnier days.

As I work from home in a full-time remote job, I *will* need a room big enough to handle my desk. I have all my own furnishings (most of which are currently in storage) - and while I'd love to use my own (QS) bed, I'm also happy to be flexible.

The lease is up soon, so I'm looking to move ASAP. Ideally within the next two weeks please.
