Hey there, welcome to my page, I'm Dan! Thanks for checking out my profile, it's nice to potentially meet you!

I'm relocating to Cairns starting 5 September (I'm driving from Brisbane to Cairns on 4/5 Sept) and looking for a place to live immediately. I work full-time from home for a Superannuation company, so need a room with a desk and chair. Due to the nature of my work though, I do need a private space as I often have sensitive conversations with customers.

I'm looking for something moderately long-term - ideally as to whether I enjoy it there enough to want to stay permanently. So, ideally at least for 4-6 months to start.

About me: I'm a nice, quiet person. I always pay rent and bills on time, and I'm very tidy (I clean up straight away, and don't like leaving a mess). I'm generally very quiet, always listening to stuff in my room on headphones, but happy to have a chat and be friendly as well. I've shared on and off for a long time, so I understand the share dynamic, and am always reliable, considerate of others, and do make sure that I contribute to the cleanliness of the house.

I enjoy keeping fit, getting outdoors for a hike or hitting up the beach during the warmer / sunnier days, adventure activities, scuba diving (the whole reason I'm moving to Cairns), exploring, pub trivia, gaming, reading, TV and movies. As it'll be my first time living in Cairns, I'll definitely be trying a lot of new things, as well as exploring the surrounding areas.

** I don't smoke / vape, don't do drugs, am an infrequent social drinker, and don't own any pets. **
