I’m a single mum with a 9-year-old son seeking a self-contained downstairs area or granny flat within a family home. Ideally looking for exclusive use of the downstairs space, including bedroom/s, bathroom, and kitchenette or kitchen access. My son and I take pride in where we live. We are quiet, respectful, and we value a clean and tidy home. We’re looking to find a safe, stable, long-term home. Preferred areas include Baldivis and Mandurahs surrounding suburbs, but we are flexible for the right place.
