Hi, im looking for one or two people to team up with to lease a 4 bedroom home with 2 bathrooms and off-street parking in Birtinya, Little Mountain, Caloundra West, Baringa, or Nirimba (can be flexible on these areas for the right opportunity). I’m an easy going bloke who enjoys a chat and a good laugh, I’ve lived in a few share houses before so always “clean as I go” and respect other peoples time and things. Can be as social or as quiet as required, (whatever the vibe of the house may be). I’ll be working full time for a builder which includes weekends (I’ll have a couple of days off during the week). Hoping to find a good house to lease by the start of August, will be leasing through an agent so if you’re keen you’ll probably need to be on the lease and maybe take part in the search for the house if you wish. I have furniture and kitchen stuff to sort the house out but will have some flex on what to keep if you have Funiture also (you’ll need to furnish your own room).
