I am moving to the Gold Coast for a work transfer. I am an 55 year old Operations and Facilities Manager and I am needing a place whilst I find a place to purchase so possibly a 6 month lease.

I have my own properties so I will be respectful of yours.

I am extremely clean and private, I work long hours so I am not home allot and when I am I’m usually sleeping and I have a 1 year old Bichon who is a real sweetheart.
He love other pets and people he’s not a big barker and is bathed weekly.

I am a non smoker and would prefer to live in a smoke free house.
