My name is Katie Offer, and I am writing to express our strong interest in this property as a home for our family.  My fiancé and I have two young children.
I was previously a childcare educator, however I made the choice to be a stay-at-home mum while the children are little and plan to return to the workforce once they start school.
For the last two & a half years, we have shared a rental home with another family in Forrestfield. We are now ready to secure our own home and are looking for a stable, long-term family home where we can begin this next chapter together.
This property feels like a wonderful fit for our family, and we would truly love the chance to make it our home.
