I’ve lived in the Brisbane suburbs for 11yrs, originally from South West London and will be leasing a 2 bed / 2 bath / 1 car more than likely furnished in the best Newstead has to offer (soz if that sounds snobby). I work locally in full time management, gym regularly and my Parol Officer (joke) considers me calm, considerate and remarkably tidy.

Happy to personally take on the 12+ lease then sub the 2nd room short term, extending if all is going well for both of us. I’d say the contribution can be worked out once a place with luxe building amenities is found, I have a few real estate friends that can assist. I don’t drink, smoke, party or have pets but contrary to all of that I’m not boring.

I’m a people person at work so pretty introverted outside of that but males, females or anywhere in between welcome to drop me a message… I’m pretty relaxed. You can either be a ‘vibe’ or not but let’s limit the dancing like you’re trying to kill a snake at 2am.
