I’ve been renting a granny flat since April 2025 (owner moving back in) and can provide a landlord reference.

Older Labrador, calm and fully house-trained. No barking, no chewing, no chaos. We’re looking for a space where he doesn’t need to share with other dogs.

Open to the right house-share if the environment is peaceful and respectful.

Ideal areas: North of the river / hills / quiet suburbs.
