• I’m friendly but quiet - I value my own space but don't mind a friendly chat.
• Visitors would be minimal as I don’t know many people in Perth.
• I don’t smoke
• Occasionally, have the odd wine every now and then but my party days are definitely over.
• I’m respectful of people’s space and property — I treat everything as if it’s my own - with great care and respect.
• I’m honest, trustworthy, loyal, and I value open communication
• I enjoy listening to music, playing netball & 9D Breathwork

About Milo:
🐾 Milo (8yo chocolate Lab):
• Calm, quiet, fully house-trained
• Non-destructive, low energy (senior dog)
• Regular hydrobaths — always clean, very well looked after
• Fully vaccinated & microchipped
• Pet Resume & References included Previous landlords say they wouldn't have known a dog lived there
** Must be no other dogs — he’s older and doesn’t do well with high-energy dogs **

Location:
Open to any area, however preferably North of Cockburn.
