Hello! my name is Jakob and I am a 23 year old looking for long-term accomodation as the house I’m currently renting is being sold. I work full time as a supervisor & barista and am health and goal orientated; spending my non-working time at gym, exploring the coast and pursuing my love of music. I have 3 years experience living with flatmates on the coast, and am happy to use my current landlord and flatmates as references should you desire. Although I don’t smoke, drink or party I am as easy-going as it gets and am accepting of all stretches of life and lifestyles.
