Hi- I'm James, 57yr old but get along with all ages. My full time job is very secure. Outside of work I do a bit of painting and I like to keep reasonably fit. Looking for someone to team up with to rent a house.

I'm a clean and tidy person, well mannered and considerate. I will mostly keep to myself but you will also find me to be friendly and sociable.

I have a 13yr old daughter who stays with me sometimes and sleeps over 1 night a week so I need a small bedroom for her as well. She's a really lovely girl who does well at school and is heavily into her dancing. We both love animals - at the moment I just have a couple of budgies.

Ideally, I'd like to share a larger house with two bathrooms and possibly two living areas. I am renting a 3 bedroom house by myself at the moment so I can furnish a place if necessary, except for your bedroom.
