What makes me great to live with:
I am quiet person, clean, friendly- I like a chat and a smile. But I also like my privacy in my room, studio etc..
I am out during the day, going swimming, having a chat in town. I would also like to do some art in the room, so something more spacious or even a smaller bed would be my preference.
Before I worked as an illustrator, bookkeeper and in Architectural Drafting.
I have lived in Australia for over 30 years and I am financially secure, pensioner.
Lately I have enjoyed living in Eastern Suburbs in a newly build studios meant mainly for overseas students. It has been great but it is time for me to move back to my beloved Northern Beaches.
My accommodation can be basic, as long as it is private area. And as long as there is a bathroom to use- I can always shower at the beach.
