Hi, I'm Will. I've recently started work in a financial services company in Maroochydore, Sunshine Coast, so trying to find a place not too far from where I currently am. To save (for a house deposit ultimately) I'd prefer to go for cheaper suburbs like Nambour and similar which are still 20 mins from my workplace.

I'm interested in gathering a group of like-minded people and finding a lower-cost property which we can rent as a group.

I am comfortable both being with others and by myself, and spend a lot of time away from home either working or sometimes travelling, which I do often on weekends; though I prioritise a peaceful, clean and organised living environment which I take the initiative to maintain, as in my past share housing.

I've lived in a good number of sharehouses in a few cities around Australia, so I am familiar with what's expected in terms of being a flatmate and have rarely disappointed flatmates.

In my free time, I enjoy activities such as writing, daytrading, playing music, gym, running, reading, walking, swimming, camping and kayaking.
