I'm an IT student looking for a new place that has long term stay duration and not far from cbd. I tend to be reserved and stick to my own thing but don't mind occasional chat or hangout if our vibe matches. My interests and activities cater to gym, walks & exploration, gaming, reading and creativity.

I favour keeping home a positive space. I value clear communication, reasonable house standards, and healthy boundaries. Rent payments can be made weekly on time by online transfers. When it comes to cleaning/house maintenance, I like to keep tidy but not be radical about cleanliness. I'm not a party guy but don't mind small hangouts hosted by other roommates if guests are kind and easy going (Guest activity from my end will be rare). I have chronic fatigue so my presence at home may be frequent yet I make effort to have activity balanced between home and outdoors when possible. Work and study may be done part time at home too
