Easy to live with and pay rent on time. Simple and usually do my own things. Would prefer to stay with females only. Currently studying in Curtin University so would love to rent a room that is walking distance near the school/a bus stop outside your house that brings me to Curtin University. Looking around Manning, Kawara, Bentley, cannington and waterford area. Looking for a place from Dec 2025.
Do not smoke or drink(social). Other than studying, I volunteer at a hospital and, work as a therapy assistant and mentor (casual).
I'm looking for landlord that allows guests over (no overnight/loud music/party) generally occasionally for meals, chitchat and study sessions.
