Hello, i am flexible with rent $ for the right place. Air con is important. I am looking for a room, granny flat, studio apartment, one bedroom unit. Not more than 2 people living in it, including me.

I am working full time in administration from home, very quiet, and always pay the rent on time.

I am very respectful, super tidy, responsible, non smoker. I don't have kids or pets. But I love animals. I'm also very young at heart.
