Hi, I’m Patrick and I work as an engineer. I’m clean, quiet, and easy to live with. I don’t smoke, rarely cook, and usually wake up early around 6am. In my spare time, I enjoy playing badminton and going to the gym to stay active. I don’t play video games and prefer a peaceful, tidy living environment.

I’m currently looking for a room in an apartment around Olympic Park or Granville, or nearby suburbs that are close to the M4 for easy commuting. Ideally, I’d like:
• A private bedroom with an ensuite (private bathroom)
• Located in a modern, clean apartment
• Parking space included (or at least access to visitor bays or an option to rent one nearby)
• A roommate who is also clean, respectful, and values quiet time

Open to signing a 6–12 month lease or joining an existing one.
