I’m 37-year-old from China,don’t have a job yet,resting now, will seek a job soon. I love cooking, traveling, and am passionate about my previous work with children. I’m a reliable and long-term tenant with a solid rental history (4 years and 3 years at my previous places), always paying rent on time.
I prefer short term as a start for a month at least because I don’t know my future yet.
I am on budget
Now I am still in China , will land on 31st.If date is later, I can stay in my friend’s place temporarily.
