Hey! I'm a full time working professional looking for a new home, who is very easy going and friendly. My preference is to live with other like-minded females who are in their 20s. I'm looking for people I can be comfortable living with and who will feel more like a friend and be up for the occasional chat. I also respect privacy and other people's belongings and understand the need for personal space, as I need it myself too! I don't mind a relaxed home, as long as it is generally kept pretty clean and tidy. I'm looking for a large bedroom that can fit a desk, as this is where I will set up my computer for work. I'm a graphic designer and work for a branding agency but occasionally have the flexibility to work from home. It would really be a bonus to live in a place with other creative people! Looking to move somewhere asap if I sound like someone that would fit in, please send me a message and we can discuss more from there. I'm pretty flexible about location but the closer to the city I am the more ideal the place will be for me! Excited to meet my potential new flatmates :)
My name is Sam and I'm a 28 year old, Australian female working professional. I work in IT in the CBD as a software tester. I've lived in share houses for over 10 years. I'm clean, a non smoker and not a party animal. I'm looking for a share room, up to $250 per week, with NO BUNKBEDS, MAX 2 people per room and that's whithin a 30 minute walk to 201 Elizabeth st, please send me a google maps link of the walking directions and tell me a bit about why I should consider joining your share house. I recently broke my ankle and I'm non weight bearing until March. I can move in sooner but it would be very hard for me to do so. I currently live in Ashfield and I would need to give 2 weeks notice before moving. I also ride a motorbike, if you have parking available for it that would be an added bonus. Why would an Aussie gal be looking for a share room? Basically I want to live close to work and get on top of my credit card debt. I hope to hear from you soon.
I am from New-Caledonia, I can speak french, chinese, english (+a little bit spanish, japanese). I don't mind living with different nationality, on the contrary, it is a plus, I can learn more about their culture, and making new friends :) I am tidy, clean person, love meeting new people, love sports, quiet, polite, I don't smoke.
I'm an engineer from Spain, but I've been living in Sydney for some months now (July 2017). I'm currently a full-time student at a Master's degree at UTS. I'm looking for a nice place to move into by the end of January/start of Feb, and stay until July 2018. Ideally, this place would be around the area of Surry Hills, Dalringhurst, King's Cross, the CBD or Central, so that I can be close to university, but not that close! The place would have one or more flatmates to live with, to hang sometimes, etc. More specifically, I'm looking for a private room (not necessarily with a private bathroom too). As for the rest, I'm not very picky. Good internet and house cleanliness would be a huge plus. Personally, I do like to go out have fun in the weekend and travel a lot. However, I'm extremely organised, responsible, respectful and clean. My plan is to get along with my housemates before anything.
Hi everyone! We're a couple (24-30) from Barcelona, we arrived in Sydney two months ago with Work and Holiday Visa. Fortunately we found a sponsor, so we're changing to 457 Temporary Work Skilled Visa. We're looking for a sunny and clean STUDIO or loft to stay a long term. Available to move from mid-February. We're full-time workers, Ester is an interior designer and James is a live audio engineer. Thank you! James and Ester,

Hey Sydney, I've Just accepted a Graduate position in the city so looking to move to the biggest smoke for the foreseeable future. Originally from Melbourne, I've most recently been living in Canada but am now returning to Aus to get my career started (RIP/Pour one out). I've lived in most kinds of shared accom you can imagine - sharehouses, college at uni, staff accom for work (So well versed in passive aggressive cleanups). I'm pretty reserved and easy going (actually though). Also an eldest sibling so I have all the tidy/neatness genes I'm hoping to find something relatively close to a train line, have somewhere to park my car and definitely my own room. Ideally under $300/week, but no real specific areas. Definitely looking to make some new house friends to do stuff with as I only know a couple of people up this way, Cheers!
I am an open-minded girl from germany and would love to meet new people. I just found a job and have to work 5 days a week, but when I'm not working it would be great to do something together, I don't care if it's drinking a beer, cooking or going out to find some nice spots in Sydney.
Hi everyone! I'm a 23 year old dentist from New Zealand hoping to find a place in Sydney for a couple of weeks while I apply for jobs. I am tidy and friendly peron that is easy to get along with! Preferably it would be a private room to move into ASAP in the CBD or Kogarah areas but anywhere within walking distance of a train station will be fine. Thanks for reading my listing and feel free to message with any rooms you think might be appropriate :) Cheers! Nick
Hi we're an Irish couple living in Sydney and both working full time. We like cooking, having a few drinks on the weekend and exploring sydney when we can. We are easy-going and respectful of those we live with. We are also clean and tidy and always clean up after ourselves - living in a clean environment is important for us. We are definitely up for sharing the odd beer or meal together during the week and we would like to live with someone we can have a laugh and get along with. We also respect each others privacy if you just want to have your own time. Looking for like minded housemates. Send us a message if you think we could be a good match Cheers! Chloe and Adam
I'm Nick. I'm an IT consultant working for a Travel Technology company. I'm easygoing, sociable and friendly. When I'm not working, I like dining, wine and intelligent conversation. As a flatmate, I'm clean, organised and considerate. I definitely need a large/king size bedroom, so I can include a desk and computer etc. Ideally with a nice or leafy outlook, in a friendly, professional house :-)
Looking for some where with a spa and gym not to picky though and it has to be furnished. Only looking for a short stay at the moment may stay longer. Thanks Any questions just ask...

I am a curious individual, who always looks for opportunities for growth and experience. I am one of eight siblings, currently residing in a house of 11 family members. So as you can imagine, I am looking to move out with one or two people to have my own space. I love to host and entertain. I am very active and like to cook often. I currently work full-time in HR and study part-time at Western Sydney.
I am a fun, easygoing person who likes to work hard in the week and relax on weekends. I am from the UK and work in the city in a full time 9-5 professional role. I have lived in Barangaroo, Sydney for almost a year now and would like to make a change and potentially move closer to the beach. I am very clean and respectful of people's privacy, however I'm also open to socialising and enjoying a meal/drinks with my housemates.
I am from the UK on a working visa. I am clean, tidy and easy to get on with. I am sociable and admittedly like a night out but also love time to chill out. I love cooking, music, travelling and festivals.
Hey! I'm currently a student in England, studying Global Development and Sustainability. In February I will be coming over to Sydney to study at the University of Technology for a semester. I love listening to/playing music, travelling, eating/cooking, playing board games, poetry, interesting people etc, and consider myself to be responsible, clean, and caring. I am looking for some lovely people to live with for about 5 months :) I have done quite a bit of solo travelling, including two months in Sydney, as well as living in student accommodation, so I am very used to living with new people.
