I work full time in insurance and study part time completing a Bachelor of Business. I have 2 cats, they are like my sons and we're a package deal. I own a lot of cool things as I'm a big pop culture nerd, and obsessed with Marvel Comics. I am quiet and respectful, and I love a tidy house. I do love my odd weekend to go out and about but also try and balance it out with an occasional stay at home weekend binge watching Friends for the millionth time (also - I played a Friends trivia by myself and WON, so that's case and point there that I'd be the best housemate ever). I am moving down from Newcastle to start my new position in the CBD which begins on the 29th Oct so I'm keen to find something very quickly! I am neat and tidy and honestly I hate it when people can't clean up after themselves, so if you think I'd be a good fit send me a message :)

My budget is between 250 and 300 per week. If someone is looking for a quiet and easygoing but sociable flatmate please send private message

Hey there!! I'm an American backpacker currently on a gap year before I attend university in 2018 back in the States. I'm visiting Australia on a working holiday, and as of writing this am travelling down the well-beaten backpacking trail from Cairns to Sydney! I'll first end up in Sydney at around the middle of November, where after a couple of days to decompress I'll start looking for jobs and a place to live if I haven't found one yet! I should have a couple of weeks left on my bedhopper hostel pass to get me through to the very beginning of December. I plan on working over the summer from approximately the end of November to the middle of March, and it's during those three-to-four months of time that I'm looking for somewhere to stay. I'm looking to bartend ideally (although if push comes to shove I'm not picky), so I might come home at odd hours (although I'll absolutely be as quiet and respectful of your sleeping schedule as is humanly possible). I'm primarily looking to save heaps of money over the summer with access to an amazing city to explore (hence why I'm trying to beat the odds and do so in Sydney as opposed to a cheap town somewhere), so I won't be keen on more than the odd night out, which would make me a pretty easy-going and low-maintenance, albeit nocturnal, roommate. Would be much more a fan of board games and drinks on a night in with friends. I'm also trying to learn to cook as best as I can (that's one of my summer goals!), so if you're good with trying a variety of potentially-terrible-but-hopefully-brilliant dishes and dealing with strange smells as I furiously clean the kitchen to get rid of them as I get better at my craft, we'll make a wonderful team :) I consider myself a very clean, chill, and diligent person that would make a lovely addition to practically any group as long as you're keen to have me. My preferences with regards to roommates are around the ages of 18-25ish, clean, looking to talk and hang out (I'd love to be your friend especially considering my social contact is limited to other transient backpackers and my 14-time-zone-away friends at home), and respectful. I'm one of the most laid-back people you'll ever meet for 99% of things, and flexibility is also something that I appreciate in others. Bonus points if you're into indie rock, scary movies, or romantic comedies as those are my three culture passions! Otherwise--I'm a cat lover, wannabe writer, music maniac, budding globetrotter, tea fanatic, and avocado addict who would love to meet you and see if I fit into your place!
Hi! I’m Micayla, originally from New Zealand but I’ve lived in Sydney for 3 years now. I’d fit perfectly in a house that likes to be social on the weekends, and enjoys a wine or a cocktail. I love to keep active on the weekends also so if you’re in to the gym, coastal walks etc, that would be great. I’m also a pretty good cook and will whip up meals fairly often!
Hey, I'm Khal, I'm from Indonesia. I used to live in Brisbane for 2 years and now moving and have been living in Sydney for 5 months. I'm now looking for accommodation that is close to UNSW as I'm doing masters there, or, if it has to be far, I want one in the city. I'm reasonably clean, tidy and organized. I usually spend most of my weekdays at the library from 9 am to 7 pm, and spend the weekends to go out or relax at home. I like to drink wine or beers at night so I need somebody who's ok with it. I'm really chill and like to chat and interact with my housemates but also respect their privacy. I don't really invite people over, but I don't mind if my housemates invite their friends as long as they can keep it reasonably quiet.
I'm 28, Canadian here permanently (been here 4 years and looking for a place to live long-term only), a registered nurse in a GP office (no shiftwork, normal work hours!), I love fitness, enjoy spending my free time with friends doing coastal walks or going to the beach. I prepare most meals at home but enjoy eating at restaurants as well. I'm very friendly, sociable, and tidy, and I respect the privacy of my housemates. Solely looking for a private room within 10 min walk from the train station.
I'm from Savannah, Georgia USA and will be doing a 6 month internship starting in May 2019!!! I'm currently living in Auckland, New Zealand, and have been told Sydney is way cooler :) I am so the opposite of high maintenance and would rent a tent if I could but not sure that is possible so here I am. I deleted my Facebook and Instagram about a year ago so that is why I don't have any listed on my profile. Very down to earth with no drama trying to find the right place with the right peeps.
G'day! Originally from Germany, I've been living in Sydney for over 4 years now and currently looking for a place to stay for a year or longer. I'm studying part time at the moment, as well as I'm setting up a businesses, so I'm working quite a bit - still always up for a chat in the evenings, don't mind the occasional drink either. Love sports, especially football (the one you actually play with your feet), so sporty flatmates would obviously be a plus. I've been living in shared places for more than 4 years now, so I know how to be clean and respectful. If you think it'd be a great fit, flick me a text or email and I'm looking forward to catch up! Cheers!
Hey, I'm a 24-year-old Music Producer moving to Sydney from England on a Working Holiday Visa 21st November. Staying in a hostel for two weeks, so will be able to move in somewhere 6th December! I am a 31 years old female who actually lives in Germany, likes to be around people and goes out a lot. I am a trainee lawyer and will work for an international law firm in Sydney for three months. This will be my first stay in Sydney, so I'm looking for a nice place and great roommates to welcome me to the new city. I will arrive in Sydney on the December 1st, so I will not be able to visit the flat in advance. However, maybe we can chat via WhatsApp or FaceTime and you can show me your place.
I have been in shared houses for 2 years now in Brighton, England. I am super clean and tidy (I even stress clean...). my priorities are my studies so I won't be too much noise but I do love to have fun and would love to meet some fun, outgoing locals in Sydney I am on a year abroad at the University of Sydney from the University of Sussex in Brighton.
My name is Juan Ignacio Wendler. I am 26. I am an Industrial Designer, actually working with prosthesis. I like to play basketball and football soccer. I am going to Australia looking for new friends and experiences.
Easy going and tidy person. Looking for a room somewhere in or near the CBD of Sydney. Preferably without a minimum stay in case of emergency, but planning on staying for at least the upcoming three months. I also have a car, but I wouldn't mind parking my car elsewhere.
