Two Brits in Sydney on a working holiday. Looking for short term accommodation until the end of January. Prefer a room each, but happy to share. We're easy going and easy to live with as well as tidy and polite. We're both here to have a good time, but we're respectful of others' downtime. Would prefer location central to city, WIFI etc' included is a big plus. BONUS FACT: One of us has a Netflix account. Feel free to get in touch, we're not shy.
***Preference is for somewhere with garage or security off street parking*** Hey all!! I am a pro musician I am also psychotherapist with a clinic in Elizabeth St Sydney I am an electrician by trade I have also taken on university this year too like there wasn't enough to do!! :-) Re: the music I don't have loud stuff going on at home... I work most nights and often in late Therapy- The practice is 1 - 2 Electrician - non-practicing Generally, I work a lot, and all self-employed..(for the last 15 years) Chilled and relaxed happy to go with the flow mostly. Non smoker Usually, like the gym vibe, although am way outta shape and my usual routine at the moment. Previous flatmates have become life long friends... For the past 6 years had exclusively female flatmates I like clean and tidy not to the point of OCD, and am definitely ok with the occurrences of life, but yeah, clean tidy is good... (preference is to get a cleaner) Generally, with food, I do my own thing mainly as I am always in and out but also of the ilk if I have something there and you want it/some, then all in for sharing and caring too Not a party person am usually too busy with work and Uni! But happy for guests / partners and all that etc Looking for homey vibe so that, partners and or friends are welcome and neither of us have to get a permission note every time someone visits Chill and easy going Have listed 6-month option But gotta be practical ie if the vibe is cool and everything works then longer but also if it isn't, no point sticking it out and living in space that isn't comfortable for all!! Looking for somewhere with garage / or security parking
Honest, caring, I enjoy being around people who are nice, respectful, and who value integrity too. I'd prefer to live with a couple of girls, rather than a group of guys or couples, if that's ok. I also love dogs, so if you have pets, that's cool! I'm moving from auckland next week, so I'll be looking for full time work before I move in with you :) I'd prefer northern Sydney, or anywhere close to public transport, in a safe area, and if there's any national parks or bush nearby, even better :)
Hey all, I'm Berto from Gold Coast of Macauese descent , wishing to find a room/place or team up within Sydney vicinity. I'm friendly, clean, tiny, like travelling, love food, can cook the odd days and up for the occasional night out or just stay in and chill on sofa with movies/shows. Not only will i be your housemate but also like to get know to all of you to be comfortable around each other from the get go. I embrace diversity and up for making new friends as I am new to Sydney surroundings. I've studied and worked in London since the age of 17 but recently back to settle. I'm a self employed mixed media guru although interested in many other things too. Currently in Melbourne so I know its not ideal not being in Sydney to check out places however i'm sure we can sort something out! Cheers! :) *Please give me a week or two for move in date as I will require to notify landlord. ** Move in date is approx; as long as i find the right people and place.
24 year old scottish girl, I work four days a week as a Dental nurse between CBD and maroubra. Looking for short term ( 3-6 months ). I am socialable, relaxed, friendy, tidy and respect others. Looking for people who are up for having a good time and a laugh!
I'm a friendly and open-minded Italian girl currently located in Sydney Northern Beaches. I am studying childcare and working as a live-in nanny for a family, but will be soon moving out to focus my career as an Early Childhood Educator. I am looking for a place to be available around November 16th, which I'd love to be already furnished. I like to keep things clean and tidy like myself so I would like my future housemates to share the same value. My current one sometimes doesn't even know I'm home, that's how quiet I am, but I can also be sociable as well and get out of my cave for a chat in front of a beer sometimes. I enjoy watching movies under the blankets on rainy days and instead go on exploring walks around the city whenever the weather is nice and I have a break from college. I'm also a big fan of music, especially when it's live! I like cooking and I don't mind washing the dishes or helping with chores.
Bonded by the love towards this beautiful country, we are looking for a place to call our own. I work for the Commonwealth Bank and my girlfriend has just finished her work for her second year visa and is moving to Sydney. We love the outdoors, adventures and travelling. We like to interact with people and are respectful towards everyone. Thank you.
Hi, I am looking to rent a room close to the city from the 21st of November to the 3rd of February. I am from Wollongong and will be working in the city full time. We are looking for a comfortable and preferably furnished place to rent. Location wise, closer to cbd if possible, if not then close to train or some sort of public transport is preferred. We are clean and tidy and always respect any shared/common spaces. We both work in the restaurant industry so will most likely be working most evenings and weekends. If you work early in the mornings we are always sure to stay quiet in the evening and won't be a bother coming home loud at night. We both have lived with cats and dogs and are completely comfortable around them. Please message us if you have something available, we are available to move in ASAP. We have lived together at home in Denmark before. We do like to have a good time, party or just enjoy a night in playing cards or something. We don't really have any requirements regarding the apartment but we would like to share a room - we will just follow the rules and so on. :D
Hi! My name is Claire and I'm a professional working in consulting from Sydney. Originally from Brisbane, I've been in Sydney for almost 2 years and have been loving every minute of it. I am sociable, enjoy exercise and am currently playing in a touch team. As a flatmate I would be quite busy during the week but keen to hang or get out and about on weekends. I am largely self-sufficient, clean and tidy and quite capable of looking after myself and belongings. I have a 6 seater table, 3 seater couch (good quality) and arm chair that I could bring to new accommodation (though am also able to sell prior to moving). I intend to stay in my next place for a long period.
I'm neat and tidy, cleaning up after mine myself. I like to keep to myself, im always working and when im not at work im alseep, resting and relaxing for some down time! Cause i mostly work afternoons & night shifts. So if your looking for a flat mate that doesn't get into your business and keeps to themselves, won't get in the way. Im the type of person your looking for. Rent in always paid in advance, good with house work?! Im the man you need 😆.
Professional, down to earth and comedian at heart! Heading over to Australia from the UK. Looking for a friendly and welcoming place, with people that can show me what living in Australia is all about!
Hi there! Looking for a short term (4-8 weeks) private room, preferably close to city (Glebe, Rozelle, Surry Hills, Newtown etc). I am clean and quiet, although I do love sharing a meal, coffee, stories of the day over tea, or saving the world over a beer. It is just I am not loud or noisy in general. Have the respect to leave the common areas as I find them, if not better. I study and work and go out for hiking or a swim whenever I can. Home is a place to come back to relax after a busy day. I can move in anytime after the 31st of Oct. Best, Nagi

Hi there, I'm Lucas a 20 year old German backpacker on my trip around Australia. I am laid back, tidy and easy going. I do not smoke and love to do a lot of sports, so you are welcome to join me on my morning jog. I also like cooking and playing guitar. My fourth passion is to go out and meet new people, especially from different countries. At the moment I am searching for a job to finance my journey. It would be a pleasure to meet you.
Top Reasons why I should be your housemate: - I'm a pome. - I've been at this traveling game for a long while, I left England in March 2015. - I've spent over 10months in Australia already split between Cairns, Perth and Melbourne. - I work hard in the week as a removalist normally out the house from 6am-5pm so won't be making the place untidy during the day. - To unwind after work I hit the gym then enjoy a little relaxing. - Over the weekend in the day if the sun is shining I'll be by the beach topping up my tan, kicking back to some music, or just simply having a beer and a barbie. - At night I'm pretty relaxed, I'm not your typical non-stop drinking pome. I'm up for the occasional night out or chilled few drinks with good company. I like going to music/live events and festivals etc.. Going out to the movies and having dinner. I Also enjoy staying in, cooking and chilling; I'm pretty laid back and easy with anything. I'm currently staying a ten minute walk from Central train station. I recently flew into Sydney (12th October) for my second year holiday working and unpacking my bags and calling Sydney home till at least May 2017. As stated earlier I already have a job and working full time so paying the rent will be a piece of cake. Ideally I'm after a houseshare with a chilled set of people who I can just hang out with after work, chill together some weekends and have a good time. Looking to move in ASAP. Thank you.
Hi :) I'm from London on a working holiday visa and I'm looking for a room to rent in Sydney. I'm friendly, tidy and pretty chilled. I love socialising but i also like my own space sometimes too. And yeah I'm always up for anything fun :)

I am a clean, tidy who loves to laugh, chat and have drinks when at home watching TV or talking. At the same time, I respect people with their privacy and space. I am looking for a private ROOM in a shared house. I like playing sports or going out with friends at weekends So, Let's get it on and team up for the coolest abode :) Looking forward to hear from you guys.
Hello, I am looking for a share flat/ apartment from mid-novemeber for at least 12 - 18 months. I work as a sommelier in a restaurant so my hours at home will mostly be midnight until 12 pm in the afternoon. My days off are usually sunday and monday. If your work is a 9 to 5 one, you probably won't see me most days, which means lots of private time for you also. I am a clean, tidy person whose style is very minimal. I am a quiet person who loves to cook, drink wine and read. I don't party but I like inviting a friend or 2 for lunches on sunday sometimes. Please let me know if you would like to organise a time to meet up and look at the place. Many Thanks, Ambrose Chiang

Hello! I’m Eikris, 24, and work full-time as an Instructional Designer. I'm independent, easy-going and responsible. I like going out with friends, watching TV and doing Zumba. I'm looking for a place that's close to the city and will let my cat stay with me. She's low maintenance, shy but loveable.
Hi I'm Thien Thi, me and my friend Winnie (21 and 20 years old) are both students from Berlin, Germany who now - after some exhausting years of university - want to earn practical experience abroad by working at international companies. We are already in Sydney but haven't found a place yet to stay in for the next couple of months. We both like socialising as we are known for hitting Berlin's Clubs and nightlife ;). Winnie is into her accordion as she is playing in an orchestra for 12 years now (but no worries, only in Germany) and I do competitive ballroom dance. Despite this we also like to just chill out at home some evenings and watch TV series. Cleanliness is really important to us [I think here we might fulfill a German cliché ;)] along with some personal space and a respectful behaviour towards each other. Nonetheless we are open to many kinds of activies, a night out as well as Sydney sightseeing as we don't know the city well so far and are eager to learn about it :)
Being a Room Agent back in London i know what it takes to be not only a good flat mate but Great flat mate. We understand the boundaries of peoples personal space and we are more than happy to get stuck in when flat mates want to socialise or do activities together. Being in a clean and friendly environment is essential to us as we carry good family values with us where ever we go. We also carry fantastic landlord reviews which we paid a lot of money for lol! Hope we can see your place.
