I prefer a flatmate that I can socialize with but respect our own alone times as well. We can also have movie nights if they would like. I love to go out on the weekends for a drink or sometimes to party (but I don’t party at home). I prefer flatmates that are okay with throwing a predrink sesh on the weekends with just 3-4 friends (not weekdays of course). We clean up after ourselves and respect the noise level. I keep the general/living/shared areas clean and neat. I am clean But not too particular with my ownroom. I also love reading books, going to the beach and brunching on the weekend. I only want to reside in the city so please do not message me if you are offering places that are not in the “2000” CBD postcode.
Hi! My name is Lizzie, I'm 21 and studying ancient history and archaeology full-time at Macquarie University. I've lived out of home before so I know the drill. :) I live in Canberra at the moment, but am looking to move up to Sydney (either near Macquarie Uni or near public transport that’ll take me there, listed suburbs are just ideas) in mid-late April (can be flexible with dates), until mid July with the possibility of staying the rest of the year. I’m generally pretty quiet, a bit of a hermit and I like my own space, but I’m also very friendly and don’t mind a chat or to hang out occasionally. In my free time, I play video games and other dorky stuff like that. And of course, you can have access to my consoles if you like, but I warn you, I’m a demon at Mario Kart! :) I’m currently in the process of cutting down and quitting smoking. When I do smoke, I try to be considerate about it. I NEVER smoke indoors (or even near open windows/doors) or in the vicinity of non-smokers, and I keep my space clean. I try not to smell of smoke, either. Other than that, I’m pretty easy to live with. My party days are behind me, I just enjoy an occasional glass of wine. Very happy to share meals or catch up every now and then, and to give you space when you need it. I'm also fine with living with children and am happy to babysit (I worked in childcare for three years!). Pets are definitely fine with me, but I can’t live with cats, I’m deathly allergic. I clean up after myself, particularly in common areas. Furnished room would be helpful but not a requirement. Own bathroom would be a huge plus, happy to pay a bit extra for one. Not wanting to share a bedroom, sorry. I receive a regular income and my scholarship pays for most of my other expenses so you don't have to worry about my rent/bills being paid on time! Well, I think that’s it! Any questions, send me a message. Hope to find my new home soon! :)
Im a 21 year old guy from Sweden here in Australia on a working holiday, looking for a nice place to stay in Sydney for me and my girlfriend.
Hi everyone! My name is Pascal, but everyone call me Paz. I'm a 31 yo french full-time digital producer/experience designer and have been working in Sydney for the past 2 years now. I am pretty chill, enjoy hanging out with my roomates for drinks and dinner but also enjoy my own privacy. I'm looking for a new place to move in as my flatmate is moving out and I don't want to keep the flat for myself. I'd like to live with people that are chill, enjoy taking it easy but still responsible. I don't mind the occasional house party with friends but I'm not a party animal either. If you like tech and digital, we'll have plenty to speak about! Cheers, P.
Hi there my name‘s Carolin, I think living with me is pretty chill since I can adapt really well. I‘m fine with keeping to myself most of the time if that’s what you prefer but I‘m always happy to meet new people and since I‘m an open-minded, fun person I’m sure that would be nice. I enjoy quiet activities like reading, writing (short stories, poetry,...) but I also love going for walks/jogs, playing tennis and doing all kinds of sports in general. I‘m from Germany, currently travelling around New Zealand with two friends. Since I‘ll get to Australia by myself it would be great to have someone to talk to there! Looking forward to getting to know you! Carolin

I’m a 24-year-old professional moving to Sydney from Perth for work. My van and I are looking for a place to live from the 7th of April. If your house has a spare carport/garage/parking space, I’d love to move in. The van is set up as a camper, so I’m all sorted for a ‘bedroom.’ But, would be wanting to access to the shared spaces in the house. Happy to negotiate an amount for rent that we agree is appropriate. Your rent in Sydney will be cheaper, and I’ll have somewhere to call home. It’s a win win for both of us. If you’re interested, we can chat details/rent. A bit about me - I’m 24, from WA, i just finished a big trip across Aus, in my free time i do ballet and yoga (looking for a yoga buddy!), i’m an Art Director, and am i’m moving to Sydney for work.
I am a bubbly, mature 19 year old (soon to be 20!). I am from the UK and have lived away from home for 2, nearly 3 years now, so know the "DO's" and "DONT's". Coming to Australia to travel a bit but mainly get a job and experience the lifestyle there. I am good fun and take pride in cleanliness.

Hello I am an international student. Studying counselling and hope to be a therapist one day. I am clean, quiet and reading a lot of book, hit the gym and going to the beach when the weather permit. Seeking for a nice place to stay !
Hi there, I'm coming down to Sydney next month for work on the under-city rail project, based in Martin Place. I presently live on the Gold Coast with my girlfriend. The expected timeframe of work is up to late 2019. I am an awesome person to have around as I am happy, social, tidy and a pretty decent cook too!! I would definitely prefer to share or private-lodge with a more mature person/persons but I am pretty open to options at this stage! I will be working a roster of 5/2, being one week on days, then the weekend off, then one week of nights, with the weekend off, repeating...... I like to keep active and fit and would like to be near the city so I can walk/run/bike to work. I've lived in Sydney before and love the options on offer as far as bars/pubs/cafés/ restaurants go. But having said that, first and foremost I'm coming down there for the work, so I'll be head down, arse up so to speak! Cheers, and Thanks!!
Quentin is a 29 year-old French research scientist at UNSW and I am a 24 year-old mixed national HR professional who works in the city. We're both partial to a glass of wine and enjoy going to the movies and exploring the city. I work a 9 - 5 job and Quentin is potentially starting a similar role shortly, but is usually out of the house during the day anyway. We like to socialise, but equally know how to respect personal space. I'm a keen weekly cleaner, and we're both tidy people. We'll be moving from Melbourne where we've spent six months after moving over from London, and hope to move in mid-April. We're looking for shorter stay while we get to grips with the city and find our "forever" place.

I'm Stuart, I studied IT, accounting, web design, small business management and swedish/remedial massage. I've been working as a business analyst for 7 years building accounting software. I like bushwalking, the beach, yoga and science. I'm neat, tidy and enjoy cooking. Weekdays I'll go to the gym and come home around 8pm, have dinner and an early night. Weekends we'll do some cooking or go out somewhere. Jade studied philosophy, was an english teacher and social worker in China and has come to Australia to study peace & conflict studies at Sydney Uni. She's conscientious and works hard. She's a great cook! I love living with her so we're looking for a new place together.

We are both travellers from England, looking to live in Australia for a little while. We’ve been travelling through south east Asia, and now want to experience what Australia has to offer. I will be working in retail while my boyfriend will be doing construction work. We are a very laidback couple, but are always up for a laugh.
