Hi! I'm relocating to Sydney early July for a new job and looking for a private room close to Sydney CBD. I'm an Aus citizen and will be working full time in a hotel in the city. I have experience living in a shared house and am very responsible, quiet, considerate, easy-going, clean and tidy- will always pay rent/bills on time! Non smoker, not a party animal- I work shifts/long hours so on off days I like to chill at home, read, Netflix or go for brunch. I enjoy my private time and space and will respect yours too however I would love to have flatmates I get along well with and share the occasional meal/movie night. Preferably female roommates only. Hope to hear from you soon!
Working full time (8-5) as Senior Business Analyst in payments/banking industry. Been in Sydney from last November. I am an avid motor cyclist (Do not own a motorbike in Sydney yet). Love to explore the city. Workout 5 days a week. Had been living in shared accommodation past 8 years. Clean and tidy. Love to have an occasional beer with the flatmates. I am looking for a long term accommodation. Moving in date could be around 1st week of July as my lease ends at current accommodation short after.
Hello there.... I’ve secured a full time senior position here Sydney, office is located on George St, CBD and the new role is long term till 2024. I'm married and from Brisbane, we have our own house there, my wife has full time work in Brisbane and shall not be moving to Sydney, hence the reason for a sharing a property. At this moment I’m sharing with 2 others in a 3 bedroom property at Wahroonga and finding it just too far. I'm 53 yrs of age, none smoking and enjoy a social drink after a hectic day at the office. I shall be returning to Brisbane once a month to visit my wife and family. Sydney is a complete new city for me, so on my time off from work I’ll be keen to explore this amazing city. So if the room is suitable, I’d be happy to talk more with you. Kind regards, Ian

Hi! I'm Laura, 24 and from England. I have just arrived in Australia, currently in a backpackers hostel. As I am not really backpacking, and looking to find a job ASAP, I'm looking to move into somewhere more permanent - length of stay here job dependant, but definitely a couple of months. I'm pretty tidy and clean to live with, enjoy a sociable house and time out too. Not really moved over to Oz to party, very into fitness, mainly running and the gym, snowboarding where there is snow, but don't say no to a few drinks! Hopefully going to learn to surf whilst I'm here too (if you're good at surfing and could teach me that would be the dream, I will pay in banana pancakes). Get in touch if this sounds like a good fit for your house/flat or are looking to buddy up. Cheers! Laura
Hi, I'm April :) My fiancé Mitch and I are looking for 3 weeks accommodation from 11/07 until the end of July (maybe also a couple of days into August). We're both 30 this year and work full time, Mitch is a Senior Consultant for a global professional services firm and I work as a Process Expert for an Australian bank. We’re looking for a clean place to live in a central location, as we like to be able to walk to work in the CBD and we will not have a car. We are clean and tidy, have a good sense of humour, enjoy a chat but will also respect your privacy. We look forward to hearing from you!
I'm a respectful and reliable student living in Australia. I have a positive mindset and I clean my own mess. I like to talk with flatmates but I won't disturb anyone. I might get too busy and only visit home to sleep but I may stay in my own room using my computer to study or playing games. I'm a TRPG player that can play any TRPG system that I can read and prepare. I'm eager to find a TRPG group to play some TRPGS I have right now, but I won't bring strangers to the house to play it.

I am a 24 year old Dutch students, who is going to have an internship in Sydney starting in July. I am a very neat, social and energetic person. I enjoy being around people, but I don't mind to spend some time alone either. I have no problems with mornings or evenings, I wake up with a smile and I do not get grumpy easily. I like to do some sports but not too healthy, because a glass of wine from time to time is required! I can cook and have been living on my own for some time before. I will stay in Sydney for at least 4 months and I might go travelling for 2 months after my internship, so the end date is not yet known.
Hi! I'm Lucas, 30yo, digital producer from Brazil. I've been living in SYD for the past 6 months in my own studio, but I'm looking for a more lively place with friendly flatmates to help me heal from homesickness. :) I'm very easygoing, tidy and respectful of personal space. I'll always clean up after myself and keep the common areas without any personal belongings. I work full-time in an ad agency in CBD and work out in the gym during the week but love to hangout during the weekend and explore beaches, pubs, restaurants, going to the movies or hiking. Not a party animal, going out here is expensive, but will go out occasionally (and hopefully you'll join). I love cooking and trying new foods and hopefully you like that too. Looking for: - a private room with own bathroom only (ensuite preferred) - Eastern Suburbs (Darlinghurst, Paddington, Surry Hills, Potts Point, Bondi Junction and surroundings) - no carpets (it's the worst thing for your health!!) - a place available for at least 4 months - a clean place - a balcony or open area to dry clothes - walking distance to a supermarket - good service of buses to the city and the beach (extra points for train station) - a good-sized kitchen (I like to cook healthy food during the week) - extra points for nbn internet - awesome, fun, outgoing and open-minded flatmates who are willing to be friends (and not just people I share a house with, otherwise I might as well just keep my studio). Extra points for pop culture and tech aficionados. :)
