Hello there! I'll be in Sydney from 6th September till 3rd January. I'm an Art Designer / Production Designer from Brazil going to Australia to improve my english and do some short film courses. I'll be full-time on courses, including some weekends. I'm a quiet guy and drama free, LGBT friendly and tidy. I'm looking for a place to share with cool mates. Let's talk about arts, movies and culture. Cheers
Hi, I'm Ben, a 33 year old Brit living in Australia with a permanent residency visa. My last flatmate moved in with her fella, so I used that as an opportunity to take 3 months off to go travel and dodge the winter. Now I'm back, and I'm ready to find my next place. I've lived in Sydney for 5 years before and am keen to settle back somewhere for the long term. I've got a job at Optus doing standard office hours, and like to make the most of my time off so I'm always planning a trip - whether it be for a weekend or something longer! Outside of work, I'm pretty typical - I like all the usual stuff; sports, movies, music. I'm always keen to do something interesting; road trips etc and generally like making the most of the beaches and the sun here! For me a flatshare is very much about being friends with the people you live with. I'm looking for people who like hanging out together in the living room or socialising together, rather than just hiding in their rooms. Ideally I'd prefer easy going, respectful people that are happy to chill with a couple of beers after work.
I am looking for a room with private bathroom in Sydney or Melbourne. I would like to start with a short term of 2 weeks before decinding for a longer term. I speak french, spanish and english. I am relaxed but not looking for a party house, I would like my own bathroom and private room.
I'm going back to amy country soon but before I want to enjoy Sydney, so I'm looking for a short term accommodation. I'm very tidy and I don't like the noisy places... I need to find a quiet place to rest.
Hi there, My name is Andrea, I’m 29 years old and I’ve recently moved to Sidney from Turin (Italy) with a Working Holiday Visa. I’m a very friendly, organized and clean room mate and like to connect with the people I live with. I’m looking for a place something fully furnished so that I don’t have to buy furniture. Please let me know if you have any further questions for me or if we can schedule a viewing. Thank you for your consideration! Best, Andrea
Private, independent, professionally employed. Happy to share the odd glass of wine or two, but equally happy not to. Will have the odd interstate or overseas visitor staying over, including my son who's at uni in Melbourne. Initial period reasonably flexible preferred, with ensuite bathroom. Rent between $250 - $350. Please do not phone - only contact me through this site, and with a proper listing which accurately reflects the property. I don't mind kids of any age, pets also ok, tho prefer kids to pets. I am unlikely to agree to a 4-week bond unless I am added to a lease, and it is managed through a real estate. I am friendly, patient and easygoing, in spite of my preference for a sharing sitation where I don't have to cook with my housemate/s. I'd rather be at the cinema. Will stay longer than 3 months if the arrangement works well.
Hey I am Kat and I'm a 25y/o from London, working in the CBD as an contracts administrator. I am an easy going, fun, sociable person as well as clean and tidy. I am interested in an active lifestyle so am out and about on weekends or going out drinks/dinner but also love a quiet one in for a movie night. Tend to keep keep it chilled during the week too. Looking for like-minded flate mates in flat/house with private room available:)
Professional with a full time job. I'm loyal, clean and tidy and very easy to get along with, as well as a good cook thanks to my Italian mother! I love to travel and get outside my comfort zone. Some of my hobbies are hiking and bush walking, learning languages or reIaxing with a good book. I dabble in painting occasionally, and like just getting outdoors and making the most of the weekends. The only thing that is a must have for me is off street parking.
I am looking for an accomandation close to Hyde Park. Please only male! I am Nenad and I am 30 years old. I am moving to Sydney for six months and I am looking for an accomandation. My maximum budget is 200 AUD per weeks for a shared room or flat. If you have a one bed flat or whole properties flat, fell free to send me an offer. I prefer a single room. I am moving to Sydney for studying. I am a friendly man, who is open-minded.
Im 24yo from Scotland, I've been in Sydney since October and work full time at a marketing company in the city. I arrived on a working holiday visa but am being sponsored through my work so looking for a home rather than just a place to stay. I'm pretty chill to live with but can be a bit of a neat freak, which has its pros as I love cleaning. Not a huge partier during the week but I like going out at the weekend. Currently trying to quit smoking so I have no issues with preferred smoking/non-smoking. A huge plus would be if the house/apartment had an animal because I miss my dog more than my friends & family combined!
I'm a tidy and quiet Brazilian student, looking for a easy going person to share a room or a single room. I'm looking for a place next to the train station or bus. I love to know new places, go out to eat and ocasionally cooking.
Moving from Perth. Finance professional working full time in the Sydney CBD so would consider living 5km to 10km out of the city (close to the train station). Need a car space, own room and bath. Definitely clean and neat. I would usually keep to myself but happy to hang out as well!
I currently live in NZ but have been itching to make the move to Sydney for a while now. Im a kiwi gal with Australian citizenship working in customer service. Im super friendly and easy to get along with. Ideally i would love to find somewhere that i can call home!
