I don’t smoke and I am very clean and tidy, happy to do my share around the house, always clean as I go in the kitchen and bathroom.

I like hiking and the outdoors, do my own cooking and lead a healthy lifestyle.

Working full time and lead a low key drama free life.

Have a company car as part of my package, so need off street parking, not visitors parking, because we all know that is no guarantee of a parking spot and is normally against the complex rules.

Prefer a minimum of 6 months stay, with the view of 12 to 24 months if we enjoy living together.
