I'm a 53yr old Male from NZ and come this November I will have been residing in the South East 23yrs.

I'm not 'Retired' as there is no box to tick for someone with a 'Permanent Disability' as I have. I'm not totally useless and will muck in with the household chores. I clean as I go, whether it be cooking or socialising at home or tinkering around the house.

I'm a unabashed All Blacks supporter (Yes, even still, after our loss) and being mechanically minded (Veteran Tradie of of 38yrs as a Fitter/Turner/Machinist). I have a healthy interest in rebuilding/restoring/importing American Muscle cars coupled with rebuilding/restoring mid 70's classic english motorcycles.

I find myself tinkering in the shed most times fixing and improving anything that interests me.

I hope storage space for my tool boxes could be made available. I have tool boxes that are easily stored anywhere outside under a tarpaulin in a tidy fashion.

I have quality household furnishings that can be utilised if required.

I believe I am a well grounded human and being a 'Glass Half Full' kinda guy, I like to see the good in everyone and I dig being ever the optimist. I like socialising and engaging with people from all walks of life listening to and sharing life's stories good, bad or otherwise.

I like my privacy and respect other people's privacy as well.
