I am an easy going and friendly school teacher looking for a place closer to work. I have an upright piano but I am very considerate with my practice and had never had any complaints from my flatmates or neighbours since owning the piano in 2011. I enjoy a good chat but I also respect people's privacy and necessity for down time at home after a long day of work.
