Hello,
I am currently looking for a roommate to lease my rental alongside me.
It is a 2 bed 1 bath home in a quiet area, located two minutes off the motorway.
The room has a comfortable queen bed that you can use with an inbuilt wardrobe for storage. I also have wifi, a washing machine, a coffee machine, kitchen appliances etc that you are more than welcome to use.
The rent will be $325 per week (inclusive of water) with electricity being paid every 3 months.

Ideally, you would also need to be on the rental agreement so we are both responsible for paying rent on time and keeping things in the same condition throughout tenancy.
Rent and all utility bills will be split equally between us.

A bit about me:
I am 25 years old. I am a self employed cleaner who works full time around the Gold Coast.
I am tidy, clean, respectful and treat home as a safe place to reset and relax.
I do love the occasional red wine and a social interaction, but overall I am quite busy and quiet when I am home.
I have two beautiful dogs that alternate between mine and my mums house when I’m working long days.
