My daughter and I are looking for a rental for a minimum of 3–6 months, with the possibility to extend if it works well for both sides. We are tidy, responsible, and reliable tenants who take great care of our home and respect our neighbors. Rent will always be paid on time, and we treat every place as if it were our own.

We do have a cat, but we also have the option to leave her with family if pets aren’t allowed, so that won’t be an issue.

We’d be happy to provide references or other relevant documents to demonstrate our reliability.
