Im Declan, 26 and work full time in the construction industry. I have just got back from Europe and am chasing a new place to live on the coast as that’s where my new project is going to be. Before that I was living in Brisbane for about 4.5 years. I am a very easy going person that doesn’t mind a chat and the odd drink but also enjoy health, fitness and the beach to keep that balance. Some quiet time here and there is also enjoyable too. I do work a lot so I’m usually not home much in the day. Anyway look forward to hearing from you :)
Hey I’m Simone. I’m 23. I’m looking for someone to go into a new lease with me. I’m a super clean and tidy sort of person almost OCD, but also like to have a good lazy afternoon on the couch. Just looking for the right person to sign a 6 month lease with me so I can start my life up the coast. I do have a doggo too, his name is pumpkin. He’s a corgi and loves cuddles. He is and outside/inside dog so he’s never makes a mess. ☺️ Happy to move out with male or female sort of around the same age would be awesome.

Hi guys, my name is Eloise and I'm a 21yo part-time counselor and full-time student in my third year of a social work degree. I am ideally looking for a team-up to find a 2-3 bedroom apartment, as I have too much furniture to move into a share-house with. I don't have any preferences for flatmates, as long as we can get along, the space is respected and you're tidy, then I'm happy! I'd call myself responsible, tidy, friendly and respectful! I love keeping myself busy and outdoors when I can so privacy and space will be plentiful. I'm relatively social but would only rarely bring friends over for a drink. I'm not particular with location but somewhere relatively central would be ideal - from Caloundra to Maroochydore (and neighbouring areas). I am able to afford $200 per week but am happy for somebody to pay less if I had a master bedroom/ensuite. I think bills and utilities would be split evenly. Send me a message if this sounds like something that would work from you, and we can go from there :-)
Hi :) We are Sunshine Coast locals. Melissa studies business and commerce full-time at USC and Torrie has a full time job. We both have our own business that takes up most of our time. We are both friendly, tidy and respectful of others. We don’t party, however when we have a chance enjoy socialising with friends and family. We love gym... and food :/ :)
PLEASE NOTE: I HAVE A SMALL DOG & No Sharehousing! Two people who are Looking for a granny flat or unit with one or two bedrooms or more. Thank you
I havent shared before so at 50 its a little over whelming and a little nervous... I would like somewhere where its nice to have company but could possibly have my own lounge area as well for my own time.... I have grandchildren that may come visit once or twice a year, but I mostly travel to see them interstate. I also sometimes work a night and come home around 1am, so if that may be a problem, then please done message as I know its hard to work shift work and come home when people are sleeping and be as quiet as you can... I am very respectful and private.. considerate and have impeccable references. I do have things that I have that are mine to create my own feel on my own space, so room to bring my lounge would be good... I don't really want to sell the my life items that I currently have, if there is a small store that I could however store some little things as I don't have much that would be lovely as well.. I am away in 2 weeks and back in 1st week of september, my lease isnt up until september 19th.. I would be looking at moving around end of september Sorry for a long drawn out message.... hope you all have a blessed day and find your perfect room mate..
I'm a easy going and positive person from Stockholm in Sweden, who enjoy company but also respect others need of alone time. I will bring my beloved pure breed ragdoll cat, a female desexed princess named Izadoora, who will make the household full of joy. At my sparetime I tries to go out for PowerWalks or something like that, and learn more proper English. I will first arrive to Australia from Sweden in June 2018 for a higher education first at TAFE and later on at a Uni in the area. Iḿ interested in share households for a maximum rent of 250 AUD. I will also get supported from the Swedish state so that will be no problem with me to be able to pay rent. Iḿ interested in the areas of Buderim,Minyama,Parrearra,Sippy Downs,Buddina,Mountain Creek, ,Alexandra Headland,Birtinya,Maroochydore and Mooloolaba but other areas might be interesting too. Hope to hear from you all soon! Best regards Maria :)
Hi We are Cynthia and Amarbir, we are a couple and just finished our uni life and moving from South Brisbane. We are quiet, easy going people. Like the movie, music and have some social drinks with friends. Don't worry, we are not a party animal, AT ALL. : ))) As a newcomer in Sunshine coast, we love to go adventure and beach activities! We are currently looking for an accommodation to stay at least 3months, please help us to find a place to stay and make friends!

He is extremely friendly and gets along with other dogs, literally just sleeps all day (the life) I work full time in Caloundra mon-fri and causally on weekends for a scuba diving company in Mooloolaba, I’m also currently studying for my dive master. Im always up for a chat and a good laugh! I personally think I’m hilarious. I’m looking for somewhere I can chill out and call home :)
Very neat and tidy, quiet and polite. Respectful of other's space and their privacy. I am very friendly and easy to get along with. I work at the Sunshine Coast airport for Virgin Australia and Qantas, I also study Biology at the University of the Sunshine Coast; so I am out most of the time at uni or work. Private ensuite required so I can get ready in the early mornings - as I work in the Airlines and must be well presented. No pets and a non smoker.
I am a full-time working healthcare professional moving from Townsville to the Sunshine Coast for work. I am looking for a place to relax and feel comfortable after a day of work. I am clean and respectful, and I enjoy socialising and private time equally.

Hi ya'll, I'm 23, looking to rent/team up with like minded and outgoing people. Either in a 3/4 bedroom share house with multiple people or in a 2 bedroom duplex with one other person. 2bedroom, 1bathroom, single garage in a duplex setup with one other person is ideal for me ($340wk = $170 each) but I can comfortably afford up to $200 on a room. I work full time, spend most weekends out and about exploring or socialising but do enjoy just chilling out at home. I understand every needs there space and privacy at times but i do also like having some type of friendship with my housemates. I have a well behaved, 2yr old doggo named Jango, trained to be an outside dog. I walk him regularly during the week but honestly he either entertains himself or just lays around in the sun all day whether someone is home or not. He doesn't seem to respond to other dogs, cars or people during the day so barking isn't an issue at all. Obviously like for most dogs it can take them a little while to settle in too a new environment but all an all he's a very smart and a well behaved pooch. Both Jango and i get along very well with other people and dogs 😁
Hi :) A bit about me I can be shy but I'm friendly, a non smoker, respectful of others privacy and their property and enjoy an active lifestyle. I am clean and tidy housemate and easy to get along with, who doesnt mind good conversation looking for likeminded housemates. Would like to become new friends as housemates :) preferably furnished to share with female household only mid 20’s
Hi, I'm Josh. 24 work full time as a cabinet maker. I work 5 to 6 long days a week so I will be at work the majority of the time. I'm a laid back easy going person I don't mind a drink now and again. I'm a clean and tidy person who respects other people's space. I love kayaking, fishing and the beach but I can't surf for shit haha but i can stand up for 3 seconds if that counts. Definitely prefer to be outside but I do enjoy having a quiet weekend in watching netflix just to wind down now and again. I still have 4 weeks left on my current lease so will be looking for somewhere around the 28th of july.
Hey! I’m a 26 year old doctor from the UK originally. I’m moving from the outback to work at SCUH in January, and am looking for somewhere to rent. My hours are pretty variable but I’m respectful of others with this, and could sleep through most things myself! I do smoke, but would only ever do this outside and away from any open doorways. I’m not looking just to move in and hide in my room- I’d like to get to know and socialise with my flat mates ideally! When I’m not working I like exploring, watching terrible television and the odd glass of wine (or 6!) Pretty much an open book, feel free to ask anything :)
