Hello, my name is Lily.
I am an international nursing student studying at the UniSC, and I am currently looking for a clean, quiet and respectful room to rent.

I am a non-smoker, tidy, responsible and easy to get along with. I respect other people’s space and privacy, and I always pay my rent on time. I previously lived in student accommodation, where I consistently maintained a good record in all room and hygiene inspections.

I live a very regular and organised lifestyle and I prefer a calm and quiet home environment. I usually spend my time attending classes, studying, and working at an aged care facility. In my free time, I occasionally go out with friends, or relax quietly in my room doing my own activities.

I have my own car, so I am flexible with location. Ideally, I am looking around Maroochydore, Buderim, Sippy Downs, Currimundi, Palmview or nearby areas.
